This one looks interesting. I wonder if it also works with NiMH/Alkalines?

I doubt it or it would have been listed. Even the Xeno is only a good light when a 14500 is in it.

You can get them here (USA) for $13.50

i wonder if the shadows are really that dark or if its the lighting? all the other sites show them not as dark
that is a great price on the sl3

Wish they had the shadow jm26 and sl3 available in NW like intl outdoor

didnt see this one posted yet

got link mate, thanks beforehand

IS with the coupon code, otherwise it’s still only $15

Exquisite Candy!!

What makes these so tasty? Two modes, 4 lumens low. So that might be like my Preon P0. Wonder what the beam is like.

I don’t like the look of the emitter. Something a bit off (sorry, SWM):

Small Sun zy-a622 $13.20 before coupon
looks to be a p60 host

Tank007 TK566 for $16.99. Only $16.14 after BLF code.

looks like the bezel is fixed, but hard to tell from that pic

Look at this pic and zoom way in. It looks to me that there is a joint line at the base of the bezel where it threads in and seats against the head. My money is on a removeable bezel.

Another MAP issue, looks like on all Fenix flashlights in FT
Fenix-MAP

Somebody ask Fasttech plz
If the bezel is removable AND the parts are interchangable with SF/UF, I´d buy it.

Pathetic from Fenix. Another price fixing company to avoid.

I used to buy Fenix lights by the carton for promotions, safety and performance awards and so on…but after watching their pricing, I’ve taken the attitude “who needs Fenix when we have the likes of Convoy, Shadow and Nitecore”? Fenix lights are nice, but not that nice.

Received these cheap charger.
Enyone recognise ICs Y2, J6 and 431?

The 431 is a shunt regulator, that’s the part that sets the charge voltage. It uses a resistor divider for feedback. Fairly typical setup, except this is bare-bones.
There is also a MOSFET (controlled by the 431) and a diode for reverse connection protection connection.
The final bit is an indicator for charge complete; a transistor and an LED.
This is not designed for any real amount of power, expecting a 5V 500mA supply at the most.
If that red or black wire ever come loose, it could short out the cell, which would be not good.
I LOL’d at the squiggly trace on the top, which looks like a ‘current limiting’ trace.
