That fits an 18350?
Indeed it does. It was designed to. Takes a 16340 as well but an 18350 drops right in.
NICE!!
Thanks sold!
didnt know that, thanks Johnny
Wallbuys has it for cheaper using the coupon code “WSSDDGAA”.
FT = 54.12 with BLF code
WB = 51.27 with WSSDDGAA code
I'm looking for something along those lines as well, but man... I could scratch build one out of money and it'd come out cheaper than $50-60.
What about empty hosts for the little cells?

the 16340 tube is the same id as the 18650 tube, I may get myself one of these
That 501A link in Post#3 is a P60 Host. I think they are available from lots of sellers. It’s like a mini 501B
Just had a bright idea that'll probably end in disaster (as usual) - Convoy S4, with the battery tube sectioned, and bored to press-fit back together over a piece of 3/4" copper pipe... it works to make an extension, why not for a... uh, shortener? xD
I have an RRT-01 incoming but that shadow looks pretty cool!
The option for the tube (+$8) is kinda cool as well…
Be careful , the 501a will attract snakes .

Great thread, a quick google search for ‘18350 flashlight’ and I’m here, man I love BLF.
My favorite light using 18350 would be a shorter version of the Xiaozhi.
Anyone with a lathe willing to do a run for fellow BLF members ?
I’m sure I’m not the only one interested in such a neat little yet powerful light, it’s easy modable too.
The Shadow is nice too, maybe as a christmas gift to myself, instead of a Solarforce Z1.
Thread is back from the dead! I've just noticed this one recently added to the DX New Arrivals, now floating in my wish list:
"Trustfire L2M" with throwaway T6 drop-in for only $8.60. It says 16340; I don't know if an 18350 will fit or not. Probably going to end up in an order for me soon anyway...
I'm thinking 101-AK with XP-G2 emitter should make a good compact light.
Thanks keltex78. I was looking at L2M clones on DX a few months ago and they had three or four “shiny” ones like that with various modes and emitter combinations. But all of them were $11 or more, and I don’t think any of them were 3-modes. So I had to jump on this one at $8.60.
L2M with L2T bezel.
Cutting corners sort-of-speak.
I think the Niteye Eye10 is better than the Jetbeam RRT01. Looks nicer..
+1 The Niteye 10 is one spectacular little gem. And the best price is from FastTech even though they are slowly losing the handle on prices. Got mine at $46 and now lookin to be @$50. Get em while ya can. It and the JB RT001 are virtual clones. http://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10004049/1291801-niteye-eye10-cree-xm-l-u2-260-lumen-led-flashlight
Doesn’t the JetBeam RRT01 have 3x as more lumens?
Absolutely not. They are both in the @600 lumen range when run on 18350.
That is very weird. The only thing that stopped me from getting the Eye10 is because the rated brightness was pretty low:
