Is one of those 4 you have the one listed in #4? I really like the looks of that light. I also noticed that #5b is $4 more than #5a. It’s odd that the descriptions for items 4 & 5 are the same but only in the pics for #5 do they show the 18650 extension at all.

Numbers 4 & 5 are Tank007 TK-737s. Notice how the one labeled silver shows a picture of a black flashlight, and vice versa. I only have the black one. Focalprice used to send nice 5-mode TK-737s, but the Focalprice family is known to send 1-mode flashlights to save themselves money, even if their flashlights are advertised as having more than one mode. You can get a 5-mode from BestOfferBuy. As far as I know, the one from BOB is great, except it doesn't tailstand like mine does. Here's the link I would use to buy a TK-737:

5/31/2011 Today I did not recieve the item that I ordered but rather an inexpensive 12 led substitute that runs on 3aa batteries. Not even close to the correct item.
I would appreciate it if you would honor your word and listing.

I went directly to paypal and sure enough a full refund. how2, you now have permission to just slap me.
So I got the stupid 12-LED p.o.s. too. Did the refund come from PayPal or LP? I ask because if LP is giving the refund, I can go straight to them. But if PayPal is seeing a pattern and just issuing instant refunds, I might go that route.
The white box that the light was in seems to have been marked in ballpoint pen with LF654S, which is the product number from wsdeal.com. So laserpoint and wsdeal are the same outfit.
Follow-up: I wrote to info@lazerpoint.com to see if they would resolve the issue on their own, asking for a C3 or full refund.
I did not automatically get a refund, so I emailed LP. I'll give it one day, then go to Paypal.

My first email to LP has resulted in them asking me to jump a couple hoops - take a pic of the packaging and forward to them. I may do this out of courtesy, even though they should be fully aware of the C3/12-LED situation by now. Any further dilly-dallying and I will go to Paypal (which is perhaps what I should have done to start with... slap me).

Yep you wasted quite some energy in vain. Since many got the same 12 led spledor instead of the SS C3 i went to paypal rightaway since there was nothing more to expect from the seller.
Both folcal price, lazerpoint and discovery bargain never got a exemplary reputation, we might just avoid them. DB might be only good if you really can't get those rarer knives others do not carry.
I know, silly me... I will tell you, though, that I've had perfect success with Focal and DB on knife purchases - about 5 for 5 with each vendor. Though apparently, my luck ran out with LP on this flashy.
I got my C3 today for $5 bucks and change, so somebodies complaining on here paid off for me, thanks guys. It has a green clicky modes go med, low, high, strobe, SOS, 98mm length, a Q5 and an OP reflector. I will be putting an R5 in this since it pulls 1.7amps on a 14500. Thanks again for the heads up on the great deal and sorry to everyone that got screwed.
