Tracking often will not work until the package hits the US, or sometimes until the item is actually delivered.
Mark of 35 days on the calendar from purchase date. Day 35 contact seller. Day 40 if still no luck, open dispute.
DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CLOSE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED - meaning you have the package in hand, and the lights are working. If you close a dispute, you will have no recourse. Note, a dispute must be escalated to a claim, but a dispute only puts a hold on the funds... it is not the same as a claim. It only extends the window you have to actually make a claim.
I wouldn't worry about it though. Not until late August.
I didn't get one either. Pulsar was kind enough to provide it though.
Also they sent my lights as one package... at least I only have one tracking number. Which I think is kind of odd, but I guess whoever packed up the lights for shipping probably figured why not?
Did u buy them at the same time? I emailed them and one of my lights were shipped out in the first batch (I only got one tracking #). Qing said the 2nd one ships out this week.
I have been out and about all afternoon, and will reply to the pms when I get home in aittle with tracking numbers.
We had it arranged so each order got shipped separate, but I guess they decided against that or the info was not passed on to the person packaging them. Sorry to the guys that may fet hit with a large fee for it. I'm hoping no one does though
