Tito’s Handmade Vodka. 19.99 for 750 ML and it is the smoothest vodka I have drank at any price including Goose, Belvedere, Hanger One, Crystal Skull, Ketel One etc. Best there is.
Dude, I love me some Tito’s! Texas Vodka for the win!
I now live about 20 mins south of Austin, where Tito’s is located. and you’re right, the stuff is hellaciously smooth.
As for what I’m drinking? Well, sober right now, but I have some Shinerbock lined up in the fridge, and I’m overdue to bust out another Divine Reserve 12……I have 5 left, planning on drinking one a year. It’s supposed to reach peak flavor and awesomeness in 2017.
Tonight I'll be having a couple of Hotter Than Helles from the Cigar City Brewery .
I also have some 60 Minute Dogfish Head IPA chilling .

At least 33 year old Port Ellen - they demolished the distillery in 1980. Probably around 50 years old.
Just don't ask what the bottle cost - but I earn less than that in a quarter year.
There are Caol Islas as good which cost a bit less - but not much less.

The old Islay whiskies aren't for everyone. Imagine drinking Stockholm Tar and you'll get the general impression.
And reckon on each sip costing $200. Ardbeg or very old Caol Islas are the closest that mass-market stuff gets.
But don't try it till it is 30 years old. Which costs a lot. If you can't take 3 year old Ardbeg - or Caol Isla (If you can find one that young - personally, I avoid it till it's 10) or Bruichladdich (Which isn't drinkable till it's 20) or the other Islas. Stick to Speyside stuff. The MacAllan is the best unless it was matured in bourbon casks in which case don't drink it. Really don't. My patients' cats leave better n their litter trays.
