You can tell if it’s an affiliate link if you move your mouse over the link and look at the url.
(that’s a fake affiliate code btw).
Everything after the .html is the affiliate code (so in the above link, the ?p=ZZ2317254917312414AA is the affiliate code). The person posting their affiliate link gets paid if you purchase a product using their affiliate code link.
The reason why most forums ban affiliate links is because it makes people just keep posting nonsense links over and over just cluttering up the forum with useless crap.
If you see a link to a product, and it has the ?p=ZF9873498 code at the end, just right click on it, “copy shortcut”, then paste it in the address box of your browser, and remove everything after the .html before pressing enter voila, product page with no affiliate payout.

Hmm… I ordered a Roche F6 about two weeks ago and the price was the same as in this promotion. Same goes for the Convoy C8’s, I can’t see that the promo prices differs from the normal ones. Or maybe the Roche got listed because of the “51% off” and not because it was a part of the Christmas promotion. Think I’ll have to take a second look.
Are these deals? Ok, the car adapter set is not that bad. But regular price from FT (with coupon code) is better on the normal models. And buyers can more easily get the correct power cable.
For (US) buyers who are shopping at Illumination supply they be picked up at a better price.
When there are deals on these Im used to buying them for around 5$ less...
