what is. typical shipping time from IOS

I was just wondering if any one know what the average shipping time from International outdoors ,I ordered my emitters and drivers on November 1st and still nothing I think I might be getting spoiled by Fasstech and Solarcorce because bothe my orders this month got here to Arizona in 9 days or less and I am still impatiently awaiting my order from IOS So I was just wondering if this is typical shipping time ,thanks.

First order of a MT-G2, XM-L2, and wire took 21 days exactly. Going on day 22 for order #2. With RMM’s store coming up, doubt I’ll be ordering from IOS again.

to Australia (just last month).
Longest ever from any company, but it did get here.

Singapore Post takes approximately 3 forevers to get a package to the U.S. I think they use donkey caravans to send the stuff overland across Asia & Europe, and only then put the thing on an airplane.

My last order from IOS (using SingPost, of course) took something like 28 days, 25 of which was SingPost's part.

I'm hitting day 38 and day 30 with two orders..

Before the li-ion shipping issues my average of 30++ packages from the following vendors were:

FT - 16,37 days

IOS -15,22 days

WB - 14,98 days

Stats are from 2013.

Now, WB packages are a slower than usual. Often at 20-30 days. IOS 20-30 days, but at the worst I had some that were uptowards 50 (September packages). FT.. still waiting for two packages ordered 45/72 days ago.. Who knows if they will arrive. Zero batteries.

Nowdays packages from various vendors are all over the place, 10 days to who knows...

I’m going to have a fun comparison coming up sometime in the next 2 months seeing whether Kaidomain shipping batteries through hong kong surface gets here first, or a normal, ridiculously slow IOS order.

Currently IOS averages 26 days for me.
Next to worst is DealExtreme at 20 days.
and FancyFlash at 18.

Relatively small sample sizes, though not much deviation.

3-4 weeks has been my experience, so you should get them any day now

pm him.

They have been utter useless in my experience but the freight companies are even worse.

It took 16 days for them to acknowledge my order after going public (emails never responded to) and then another 3 weeks once shipped.

Their goods however are excellent.

Chris

They all seem to be taking more or less the same amount of time, especially SG Post.

I’m waiting on 2 orders from IOS. The first was submitted on Nov 8, tracking indicates it has not made North AMerica yet.

In the meantime batteries that were ordered from Banggood on Nov 9 arrived here on Nov 21 via Malaysia. They were not packed very well, and I sent CS a note asking if they could revisit their shipping procedures and take steps to package batteries properly. They responded very quickly and said they would, so we’ll see what happens. BTW, I think one of the best ways to get sellers of batteries (like Banggood) on board is for as many people as possible to email their CS departments encouraging them to take proper shipping precautions when packaging batteries. I told them I’d happily pay for battery cases, as I suspect most BLF members would?

Topnotch merchandise just as everyone here said 3 forevers + an eternity I did email Hank he asked me to be patient .at least I know its isn't unusual thanks all.

I will say that it was a really nice touch to receive the emitters inside a plastic film canister to protect them. Big props for that.

Fasttech did the same with my little cheapie emitter+ Al stars too.

Not mine. Three XM-L2’s in the little plastic anti-static bags inside a mailer.

Just got an order today, 2 weeks - ordered 11/11, shipped 11/12 - love it! Great deal on bare XM-L2 LED's!!

Months ago one of my first IOS orders the emmiters were also in a film canister, however there were a couple of potential problems, the lid had popped off due to obvious rough handling from postal equipment that had also worn a small hole right through the bubble wrap envelope. The hole was almost as big as the emitters, so they could have fallen out, but luckily they didn’t. I gave Hank a head’s up, and since then it looks like he’s been taping the film canisters closed.

1st order 37 days still noting arrived.
2nd order… should not have ordered.
3rd order, … not ordering.

Personally if it’s free shipping I have no reason to complain, my last IOS order was quick compared to FT etc

I ordered a 32650 charger on the 23, got it today. So a month for me.
