Yesterday I ordered 4 Samsung ICR 18650 3000mAh for about 17.84 USD with BLF coupon.
The cells today are about same price, 4.59 each with BLF code.
I know these are 4.35v but charging them to 4.20v still gets arround 2500-2600mAh and should almost double the cells life, so I guess is a good deal, taking in consideration that because of Airlines rules its getting very difficult to buy li-ion cells at a low price.
My 4x Protected Protected Panny NCR18650B’s got here… NOT! Waited an entire bloody month for batteries for my SRK, and they send the wrong freakin’ batteries.
I received 1 Protected Button top and 3 Unprotected FLAT TOP… Looks like someone is getting a refund, and that refund is going straight to RMM. 
Each battery is wrapped individually and bar-coded… it’s like they did it on purpose or didn’t even bother to scan them.
Referring to dealing with BG’s Customer service, What is the fastest, most efficient way to contact them to get these pieces of crap out of my house, and converted back to cash?

I suppose you said them to send those back at their expense and receive the good ones, If that’s the answer, I’d go for paypal. No way they sent wrong items and you have to keep it, just because they can’t offer more than 5$
Lol 5$ is less than the difference between protected and non protected.
I would email them clearly what you want, maybe two options you like.
Short sentences. Period between them. Mention that if you want find a good solution you have to file a Paypal dispute.

I asked for a full refund as I currently have no use for a single protected, or 3 unprotected flat top (I need 4 protected button top). I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to get that; I’ll specify refund on the incorrect and I guess keep the protected. I still have a some days before paypal deadline is up anyway.
You should be able to sell the ones you received and get all your money back by selling them on this forum. Some people need batteries now and can’t wait a month to get them. Post then in the for sale section, good batteries don’t usually last long before they sell.
Honestly that seems like the best idea, though when I created my shipping acct I believe I said I wouldn’t be shipping lithium batteries, probably need to change that.
I put it about as simple as I possibly could. “I want a full refund on the incorrect batteries. I will ship them back to you at your cost, as per your policy.”

This is way different than a regular big and heavy flashlight. It swings and smashes like ease. Nice weight and even not extended it is deadly…
