Anybody still stuck on the temporary URL?
Regular URL working fine for me. Thanks for all the hard work SB!

He's at work with his usual fervor
Unseen by the casual observer
It must surely suck
To rely on blind luck
That this one will be a good server
Best Wishes , SB
We love ya man
Nice!! Thanks very much.
DNS issues solved!
Sweet. Anybody else still stuck on the temporary URL? Iâm going to leave it up for about another 24 hours and then remove it.
Thank you, I was beginning to think it was my end. Much quicker loading now, the last few days have been slow.
I noticed that http://www.budgetlightforum.com does not work but the naked domain of http://budgetlightforum.com does work.
Dramatically faster here. Thanks!

Oops, thanks very much for letting me know. Itâs fixed now. I will later be setting up a re-direct from the www -> non-www.
You are indeed getting very proficient at this! Not one of those things you really strive to excel in, but itâs a good thing to know when necessary!
Working so fast Iâm 2 days behind alreadyâŚ.
The server move worked very smooth, especially with the alternate link to the new server.
But the email notification is not working yet.

Hmm notifications seem to be working flawlessly for me. :~
Email notifications working in Texas too. Everything is nice and speedy! (except my typing)

The last one I got was yesterday. This may mean that a spamfilter somewhere is removing them.
Yeah, my spam filter blocked the new notifications, but whitelisted them and they are working fine now. Might have been looking at cached SPF record or something.

Thanks guys. I think I fixed the last remaining email delivery issues, and it should be friendly to spam filters and strict email providers.
I also took down the temporary access subdomain, looks like everyone should be back by now.
I also noticed the email notifications in the FROM: field say ânoreply@budgetlightforum.comâ instead of âBudget Light Forumâ like they used to.
Usually that kind of thing happens when you use a naked email address instead of one in the form of âEnglish Nameâ [space][less than symbol] someone@someplace.com [greater than symbol]
Email clients usually use the part of the email in quotes for the FROM: field and only show the email address in that field if no description is available. Oh, and www is working now, thanks! My bookmark to this site has the www so I originally thought the site was down because my bookmark didnât work.
Edit: Sorry, I meant the FROM field.

OK, Iâll give it a try. Actually it will look like BudgetLightForum.com <noreply@bugetlightforum.com>
. It should be implemented now. Weâll just have to make sure that it doesnât affect message deliverability.
