That’s the hybrid reflector in an Solarforce M8. Wish I’d known to be more careful and not cut the surface of the substrate, or at least get em all the same for conformity. Oh well. It works, that’s the main thing! 
That one’s downsized to 1600px on the long side, need it bigger?

Made another order... seems like back to back purchases. There's only one Convoy C8 host left 
RMM regarding website: "Switches" and "USB Battery Box" only appear on the Left side pane... so ppl might miss those items assuming that they also appear in the Top drop-down tabs.
There's a couple items that may be hidden to ppl. If you click the top Components tab you'll find: storage cases, Zener mod - but they don't show up in a drop-down list.
Edit: Not sure which sub category Forward Clicky is under. I see it under Latest on Homepage (Left pane). Probably should be with Switches.
re. Protected Sanyo UR14500P: you say length 53mm. I measure ~64mm or 2.52'' - checking about 3 cells. These are long.

You missed a sales opportunity, Richard. If you use the multi-color LED and driver but swap the green and blue leads, the police strobe becomes Santa strobe. 
Any chance of you stocking 380mA AMC7135 chips in the future?
I’m planning a Convoy M1 project using a Noctigon mounted MT-G2, with a zener modded Qlite @ 4.56A with 12x 380mA AMC7135 (4 stacked on the back side), and running 2x AW IMR18350.
Should be good for a few minutes of WOW. I really want to test to see if its usefully any brighter than a similarly overdriven XM-L2 in the same host. Worst case scenario, is I am really looking forward to having that beautiful MT-G2 tint in an almost EDC small package. If the project works out, I might try the same in the smaller M2 host, by modifying the 20mm Noctigon to 16mm.
P.S. I love that a great US dealer like you stocks the Convoy lights. I will definately be buying some M1’s, at least one C8, and hopefully in the future you will stock the M2’s (edit: I just realized the M2 host takes a 20mm driver, which sucks, but I suppose I could still find a way to make it work by making a brass adapter ring). I love that you offer the Zener Mod parts only kit. Makes it a no brainer for me. At least I don’t have to scour Ebay looking for the itty bitty parts, and buy them in bulk myself. I know some people hate soldering, but I love soldering everything myself, not to mention my soldering is always perfect.

Here's the deal: I have more King Kong and LG D1 cells in Washington, but am currently away and only brought as many cells as I reasonably thought I would sell. Turns out I underestimated the demand. I will be back this weekend and so will the cells. They should be able to ship this coming Saturday or on Monday the 13th.
I have been getting a lot of new business from Google searches and members on other forums, such as CPF (although I refuse to pay their exorbitant fee to advertise there, there has been some "behind the scenes" word of mouth, which I greatly appreciate).

I’ve got to do some de-populating, and have trouble with that. It’s one thing to solder tiny parts on a pcb, taking tiny parts off is another matter altogether.
I have done some bumps to 105c drivers for a friend, stacking on 6 or 8 drivers in a row between his and mine. I can be doing great, then suddenly have a leg that refuses to accept the solder. How can it be going so well, then turn to fail? Aggravating when it does that! I have decided I need to get some flux…
I must really and truly be sick, I have not modded a light in 5 days. 
I use a lot of flux, it makes my life easier. None of that no-clean or water based stuff, good old rosin flux. I use the MG Chemicals brand which has worked great for me; it is supposed to be non-conductive and non-corrosive, although I do clean it off of the board when I'm finished. http://www.amazon.com/MG-Chemicals-Corrosive-Conductive-residue/dp/B008UH4DT4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1388972957&sr=8-2&keywords=mg+chemicals+flux
$8.45 gets you a near-lifetime supply. I coat both sets of pins before I add 7135s... in fact I'm in a bad habit of putting a little bit on just about everything but it ensures good solder joints and helps me work faster.
2nd the flux suggestion, works wonders. I use the RadioShack flux and a tooth pick to apply exactly where I want it (pretty well any surface where solder will touch).
Also at the mention of MG Chemicals… DO NOT buy their 63 37 rosin core solder. It will not tin tips for crap. Severely disappointed at its performance. I should have just got more kester at a significantly higher price.

Same here. A really good flux makes all the difference in the world. Soldering is impossible without proper flux. I use a paste flux called “Hydro Flo” by AlphaMetals. I’ve been using the same tub of flux for over 10 years. With this flux, I’ve soldered everything from stained glass repairs, SMD, SMD-rework, and reworking and replacing MCU’s. It isn’t considered a “no clean” flux, but it is water soluble, and cleans up really easy with alcohol. Sure, there might be better fluxes out there for electronics, but why change when something works perfect!
I have been using the MG Chemicals 63/37 and 60/40 RA flux and I haven't had any problems keeping the tips tinned, although I do tin new tips with a dedicated tip tinner.
I have some 380 mA 7135s on order.
