FS: Extended version of Nanjg 105C driver based on Attiny25V

Thanks, I thought my calendar was running slow again.

PM and payment sent. Thanks.

I would like to inform that since 1st February Polish Post Company changed its pricing :frowning: Now shipping World Wide (registered, priority mail) is 5,5$.

C’mon, How much is that? Two saturday evening beers? Good Job Bocian ! I’ll definetly have one for testing

Final versions of Attiny25V and Attiny13A driver have been established and little price update

I hope you don’t mind beginner questions, but the programmable modes you have make me interested in this driver.

Both Attiny25V and 13A are 17mm drivers?
Are they for 1 x 18650 applications only, or for 2 x 18650 also?
I don’t really understand the difference between 25V and 13A versions. I thought I read that 13A also has temperature control? The 25V costs a little more, could you specify difference for beginner?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, both are 17mm drivers. The main difference between 25V and 13A is temperature control mechanism (attiny25 has it, 13A has not). Another difference is that 25V has precise voltage measurement (13A has simplifier voltage measurement). Also Attiny25V can handle lowest mode more stable (13A lowest mode is once visible, other not).

Up

Welcome back Tomas. How have you been? If your avatar is your beautiful baby, it's surely time for an updated photo.

Awesome. I didn’t see this thread earlier, but it looks interesting. I take it the attiny25 is a drop-in replacement for the attiny13? If so, I’m tempted to get some attiny25s (or maybe even 45 or 85) so I can have more flash space to play with. Do you know which is the highest-spec attiny which can fit on a common nanjg driver?

I’ve recently been pondering adding a battery check mode to my EDC firmware, but I’m already at 1024 bytes so I’d need to remove something to make room. And on some e-switch lights, I’ve found it difficult to fit everything I want so again more space would be helpful.

Attiny85 can fit a nanjg driver by bending the legs under. Making J leads. example
Skip the tiny25 and go straight for 85.

Growing like a weed!

Already arrived, neat work.
Thanks Tomasz.

You’re welcome Kawi  Tommorow is my birthday so maybe little promotion  . Till end of 20.11 price for extended 105C Attiny25V (2,8A and 3,04A) is 11$.

If only I know your birthday before :shy:

Order another, perhaps can be useful for triple led drop-in using P60 host.
Thanks for discount though.

Already received, as ordered. Thanks you.

Is this driver still available? I really like the Dr Jones driver but am looking for something that will provide a lower low mode.

If not, you might want to get a “moonlight special” driver from MTNelectronics. It’s designed to have a particularly nice and efficient moon mode in addition to the usual nanjg 105C stuff. However, the UI on the moonlight special isn’t anywhere near as complex or powerful as the one being sold here, so if you want to make any big changes you’ll have to reflash it instead of reconfiguring via button presses.

Gunga, yes it is available.
