Do you know how you get irate customers? Well, you sell them a light for $3.49. Then the next day you drop the price to $2.99 |( But, you can once again have a happy customer if you provide some kind of compensation (ie. refund the difference or provide some extra gearbest points for a future purchase; or send two lights instead of one )
My order# is W1405270733002187
side note: I received my power bank order yesterday. 35 days from order to delivery! The Opus charger only took around 14 days. Not your fault; It just shows how inconsistent the non-priority mail system is.
Well, we are on a forum with word budget in it’s name. So, anyone here is probably looking for a good deal. The 50 cents also works out to an extra 15% discount from what was previously offered. Not to mention also I had to deal with currency conversion rates from CAD to USD by PayPal. So in total it costed me an extra 55 cents by buying yesterday instead of today. Every penny counts when you’re on budget!
Some shops do have a price protection. Say if you buy something on Amazon, and then a few days later the price goes down. You can then ask them to refund you the difference. I just did that recently with an Amazon order.
All I’m asking is gearbest to do the same. That way any customers who bought the light yesterday will have a bit more faith in gearbest as a fair company to deal with. So in short, anyone who bought the light yesterday for $3.49 should be able to have 50 cent refunded.
We apologize for the promotion price changed, anyone bought at $3.49 yesterday please pm me with your order#, we will refund on your gearbest account, thanks.
i bought one of these a few years ago in a higher wattage but unknown.
everything worked and it does a lot of colors and discos.
but i have no use for it.
