As per the thread I participated in, the OP wanted to know a good quality kit to put in his halogen projectors.
I told him DDM was decent for the money and a shitstorm ensued. This is where I took it to the absurd level.
After everyone was done telling him that the kits were illegal and he was a bad person for even thinking about doing such a thing I told him that he will be okay using the kit as HID projectors are just halogen projectors turned up side down. The comments that came after that was simply amazing. Everyone there thought I was serious. So, I explained to them that it allowed the light to light up more of the things ahead of you instead of the road directly ahead of you actually giving you better night vision. Holy crap, shouldn't have done that! Here comes "DM" threatening me with the banhammer because NO ONE sees the obvious joke.
It should be called Aspergers forum instead of candlepower forum.

Actually, I think I'm going to cancel my membership over there and keep it exclusive here. I do like CPFMarketplace.com though as that is how I found out about Spark lights. I LOVE my Spark lights.

The only ones you need to worry about are Rule 6, 8, and 12.
Rule 6 means that you can't talk about anything that doesn't make CPF money in some manner. If you are about to post ask yourself "is this an interesting subject?" If it is, don't post as you will be in violation of Rule 6.
Rule 8 means that when your post/thread disappears you can't ask why. If your link is deleted citing Rule 6 you can't ask for the rule to be explained.
Rule 12 means that when you get a nasty PM from a moderator you can't share that experience with anyone else.
Red headache inducing banners warning you about what will and will not go toward your "post count" are a form of welcoming you to "our family".
I hope this has cleared things up and will allow for a more orderly and obedient experience next time you visit CPF. Please wipe you feet and wash you hands before entering...single file..and please keep the noise level down.
