I have the “no shipping method” problem as well

Top right of page, click ‘my account’.
On the left side is some options, look for consignee address.
Check your address in there.

I found it differently, but it was my address that was wrong. No country was selected so postage couldnt be calculated I guess. As soon as I fixed that, I had a postage option.

However, the options next to Country, are empty. I assume based on the lack of state and town options elsewhere that they are what should go there?

But Australia uses post codes that are unique to a street address, so even if my address is repeated around the nation many times, only one will exist within my postcode (zipcode), so it will get to me anyway with what is included already.

But might be worth looking at Ric. I tried it with other countries but those other two drop menus never fill with anything I can select.

I had the same “shipping” problem. Ric reset my password and all is well. I think the site revamp changed things around.

Thanks! It fixed the problem.
After I updated the address in the account menu it still didn’t work, I had to click “modify” on the address in the cart and confirm the new address, only then it worked.

Thanks for that. I tried to buy from Ric last week, got the same problem - assumed the site was still being worked on, & took my $ elsewhere.

Might be a good idea to put up a message on the front page for members to update their account details, Ric!

Hi guys

Thanks for your info here. Your operation steps are correct.

We noticed the problem too. After reloading the web date, The “country” date of old registered users are missing. So Old members have to modify and select the cuntry again before submiting the order.

Ric, sent you a PM. I’m having troubles setting my country. I select Canada, but it never shows me any selections in the 2nd menu (where I probably select which province).

I am having the exact same issue…

I also had the same problem, so I just entered province as part of the Address field, after selecting Canada, the last country in the list.

Then the next problem is that only numbers can be entered in Postal Code field. But fortunately it is not a required field. So I left it blank and entered the words”Postal Code” and our AnAnAn alphanumeric postal code in the Sign Building field. I also identified the problem & my Postal Code in the Order Postscript field.

My order was shipped on Tuesday July 15. So my BLF SA-22 is on the way, but before the clean sale price was offered.

So Canadiens can find a way to make it work. Hope this helps fellow Canucks.

Select the country and put the full address and city in the “address” row. Then we can ship orders without problem.

For Canada or UK customers, do not need to fill the “post code” line. Post code can be inputed to the “address ”row too.

Select country is ok, Leave 2nd and 3rd menu blank.

Leave the postal code line blank. Put your street , city and post code on the “address” line

I also put full proper address in the ‘comment section’ and instruction to just use my paypal address please.

Okay, I think I got the address problem sorted out.

Just ordered the Scratched DQG 26650 in CW for $25. I already have one in NW. I did run into an error after PayPal got done with the processing, I had to manually return to CNQ website and an error popped up. I think all is well though, as I got a PayPal e-mail receipt and it looks like my order is in and paid, upon checking my order status from CNQ.

I’ve been meaning to pick up that CW DQG 26650 ever since it was up for sale, but after trying to checkout a few times and running into that problem of not being able to complete the shippiing/billing info I kind of gave up until now. Glad that there were some left; also glad it was only $25 (I think it was initially offered at $29?).
