Good to start the day with a good laugh. Thank you atlas.
I have received a full refund of the cost of the light. The Ultrafire M10.
I'm happy with that, just waiting for the lights now.
Hi
The lights they sent by tracking(including postal insurance) have not turned up, these are the Romisen RC-2R4 and Trustfire R5-A. The other lights I ordered are Ultrafire M10, Uniquefire M8 and Rmsen RV-107. The Uniquefire came in good condition. They sent Smallsun M10 instead of the Ultrafire M10, which is poorer quality than the Ultrafire and has a Q5 LED only. Rmsen RV-107 did not work, they told me at first to take out the lightwick(LED) and replace it.
They told me that i would have to send back the Smallsun M10 and Rmsen back by tracking, to 2 different people which would cost $9 each. when they sent it out i did not ask for tracking. They said i would have to pay for postage to them but they pay poatage back to me. This is more than the cost of one of the lights.
They also ask me to close my 3 paypal claims againist them in order them to sort out them problems. There website does states this
"After you pay, we first prepare your goods, then our QC engineer will test them, this procedure may take 1 to 2 days. After that, our professional person will pack your package and send it to our shipping carriers(EMS, DHL, etc). It may take 3 to 6 business days for you to receive goods. If you have any questions in the purchase, contact us online and we can solve all your problems. Buy from us and it's easy and fast."
Seems like the quality engineer missed two problems
I'll email them that i cannot afford to send back the lights if i pay for the postage. They say that the are investigating the missing package.
Thanks for sharing your experience how2. Seems way too complicated for a return. I hope they sort it out for you.
All of these spammers are hilarious. It sort of leaves a bad image of the company in my mind when they constantly do this.
That's not a real good track record or policy. If it was one light that was messed up, I'd work with them, but you got 1 out of 5? I'd say cancel your order on the unshipped lights and pursue the PayPal dispute on the other two since they fall under "Item not as described." You might offer a partial payment on the SmallSun if you intend to use it.
I don't think I'll ever be buying from everbuying.
You're very welcome! Would you like any more information about how awful Everbuying.com and DavisMicro.com are?
Hi guys got this email from Everbuying after I had escalated my claim with Paypal. Before then they told me to fix the light. Or send it back by registered mail, which will cost me $9 each.
This was the Final solution
This email dated 9th August
No matter what you wanna us do, you must cancel claim otherwise we can do nothing for you. you know.

Email dated 11th August
But you must cancel cliam first. the reason i have explained to you in the earlier email. hope you can understand the position of a businessman.
Email 3 hours later
I think the person who typed this is mad?
If they were more helpful and deal with my issues this would not have happened, they just wanted me to cancel my Paypal claim then they would have done nothing. They had plenty of time to resolve the issues.
Reading their replies gave me a headache. So did you get a refund from Paypal? I haven't had to put in a claim yet so I'm curious to know how that works.
Interesting, I also had a PayPal claim with Everbuying, and they never once responded to any of the PayPal claim steps. Total silence. So I got a refund. And then two days later the light (with quality problems and not as described) arrived in the mail. I would have cancelled the claim if they had communicated with me. So to apease my conscience I arbitrarily sent them a PayPal payment of $3 for the basically working flashlight and nice holster, and EverBuying.com is now NeverBuying.com for me.

ITC shop was the same way for me. They never responded to the dispute or claim. I have no idea why not. The whole thing is set up so they can respond and resolve the issue.
As I wrote in an other tread I had a small problem with DX. No or confusing reply. Made claim via PayPall.
10 seconds (!) later I got a refund. They need PayPal to do business.
Had a small problem with ITC. Got responce quickly and a new item. But I mensioned the words "negative
feedback" in first mail to them! Im quite sure its the answer when dealing with vendors on Ebay.
If you want to buy flashlights, please choose www.everbuying.com . I believe in it!
Nice job flagging this shill into oblivion guys! He was gone with a -11 rating within hours. You have all collectively acted almost as fast as an automated SPAM filter. ;)
We're here to serve and protect. We can be the BLF Shill Cops!
Ha, I thought that was only here where I live, all the police vehicles are emblazoned with the slogan "Servir y Proteger".
It's the same slogan here with any police force and probably the same with many other countries but I think it should be changed because they don't serve and protect anymore.
Should we just lock this thread (if that's even possible)? If anyone wants to post something, they could ask for it to be unlocked. Or will that just move them to other threads?

They clearly aren't going to stop. Best bet is to ignore them. I look at this thread but rarely respond. If they start polluting every thread then it becomes a pain. I see they have started up in Jayki's site too.
They are also campaigning on our forum now (is a pest). All their links are redirected to scam alerts...
They now have also been included in our not recommended shops. Their boss will be angry with them...LOL
Hey, here's some good news: Everybuying is hosted on Godaddy.com, and I bet if Jayki and ForoLinternas and BLF all send complaint emails to Godaddy they could probably get Everbuying to stop.
