Hi guys got this email from Everbuying after I had escalated my claim with Paypal. Before then they told me to fix the light. Or send it back by registered mail, which will cost me $9 each.

No matter what you wanna us do, you must cancel claim otherwise we can do nothing for you. you know.

Third,for E1006061631292615, could you tell me whom you send the photo to? would you like to keep the wrong item or let us send you the right one? if you wanna keep the wrong one , we can refund you 2 or 3 usd .

But the most important thing is to cancel claim. Because if you claim longer, the paypal will send the money back to you. Considering this , we can not do anything untill you cancel it. Then we can do what you wanna us do .

If they were more helpful and deal with my issues this would not have happened, they just wanted me to cancel my Paypal claim then they would have done nothing. They had plenty of time to resolve the issues.
