Really awesome post. Thank you!

Thanks for this fantastic resource CRX, really useful to everyone I should think, not just those getting started in modding and flashlight addiction.

Cheers!

Good information

Holy mother of god! I just read it all in one sitting. Love it. Mega daunting to the new guy but should pay back dividends shortly.

Thank you for doing this for all of us CRX. Sure is a sweet post you build :-)

Good gracious!!! That post is a bloody Thesis! CRX, thank you! thumbsup

Thx CRX, for an awesome compilation of information. I regularly consult this thread and did so - again - today.

Thought a small bump to give notice of this thread to those who haven’t seen it yet might be a good idea.

Thanks CRX

How come I only see this thread now. Amazing job you did sir!

I almost exclusively just peruse the recent posts but when I’m working a project I’ll sometimes raise a reference thread to bookmark status. This one has stayed booked since I first saw it. The only problem is that it’s so image heavy it takes awhile to load.

Thanks, i’m happy you find it useful.

There is now a Just the Links version for much faster loading & bandwidth conservation.

On some of the graphs the details are too out of focus to be very legible so maybe a link to the appropriate led PDF or BLF test thread would be sufficient and improve download speed. At least for me it seems that links show up before the images do but having the various led images all together is a must for identifying one. Another way would be to use the BLF page system to break up the op into more bite size chunks and just have a link in the op to an led Vf vs current post for example. Just a thought and I’m not so conversant with data organization as many others .

Great post CRX!

I would like to contribute the Luxeon tint chart.

And this SSC tint chart (Credit goes to flashlightwiki)

Excellent post, thank you for your sharing.
