Awesome that you are getting all these various top bin emitters!

Hank, my order (Order Number: 16999) was shipped yesterday and ordered as P0. Will I receive P or Q bin?

It’s the Q0 which was shipped.

Did you have to do that Hank? My build is nearly finished and I have used P0.

How much difference is there between P0 and Q0?

Bragging rights have to be worth something.

According to the Cree charts I could find at 1100 mA P0 800-920 Lumens and Q0 920-970 Lumens. So it could be no different to quite a lot.

Hi Hank,
could you please supply us with green and blue XP-E2 leds on Noctigon (16 and 20mm).
Received last week order with couple of red XP-E2, white XP-G2 and XP-L leds on Noctigon (love that red color) but can’t obtain green XP-E2’s :frowning:

Q0 - P0 = A0

We are trying for the last month to get some green XP-E2, they won’t be available too soon.

Bought one of the Q0 bin MT-G2 to try in my M2 host from the group buy thread!

I saw some new "UV 365nm" on noctigons... never had any.. so I wonder if I miss out on something.

2B is great tint for normal use, DIY-ers who want to keep the LED as manufactured, but for dedomers the cooler 1D tint XP-G2 S2 should provide a better solution and still have the S2 brightness.

That’s awesome Hank. I was actually just looking to get another XP-G2 for De-doming so this is perfect timing!

Tim

those are bad news :frowning:

P.S. Could you tell me how would this new UV 365nm led you offer work in C8 flashlight and how much throw could I expect in that setup?
Thanks

It can be installed in C8, but please do not expect long throw as it’s only driven by 0.7A.

I never had UV light so I do not know what throw can be expected, at 0,7A or any other current (maybe it can be overdriven at 1A), 10 meters ? 100 meters? IDK!
