I get the items from 7 days up to 20 days maximum. All the other Chinese sites take from 4 to 10 weeks. It is a thing i really don’t understand how can this be.
All their product appeared to be genuine.
Never had a bad experience, so i cannot tell about their CS.

I ordered Olight i3s on december 17 and It is still not here 
I also ordered some stuff on december 27 -> received that and on december 30 -> this I also received but no Olight.
What to do, BG is just repeating “wait a bit more”…
Edit: how this story ends: BG refunded me for i3s which is gareth from their side but I would still rather have the light than cash I paid for it (~16$ with discount)…
My first experience didn’t go smoothly but they made good in the end. Second time, ordered Jan 9 and received today Jan 27.
How long does the paypal protection last this days? I heard they expanded that from 45 days to 180 days, or something like that.
Does that mean I can open a dispute after, let say 90 days? (I ask because I had one ebay order from november that was not delivered
and I thought I still have time to open a dispute but no, that option is not available past 45 days and I can only contact seller by sending
him a message!!!)
Because I contacted BG again and they just repeated themselves “Could you please wait a few more days? Due to the custom and the
wheather, your parcel may be still on the way.” although I received several orders that I made after…
Depends on your country. For mine has not changed, they are still 45 days…
In addition to the website spinning and getting stuck one of the codes (ok the code in the banner ad for headlamps) was rejected as expired although they are still running the banner ad?
How do you pay for tracking from BangGood?
I paid extra for Priority shipping - still no tracking and the order took over 60 days.
I paid extra for “Air Parcel Register” and I still didn’t get tracking… Not happy about it.

I have a strange thing happening with BG : I saw in their new items some steel ball bearing, with the lowest price I ever saw (like 3x lower than anywhere !).
I use them as ammos for pneumatic launchers, so I need the lower price.
Anyway, I place an order for 200x 10mm balls, 50x 8mm and 50x 6mm. Plus a 400kv generator, for a total of about 15€.
It was just before Chinese new year, so I wasn’t expecting fast shipping.
Last Monday I received an email notifying me that ball bearings were not in stock, regardless the size…So I checked the website and that the prices had significantly rose !
I suspect that they saw an error in the original price but don’t want to give me my items at this price so they expect that I finally cancel my order…
So I tell them this, and use the BLF as a lever (shame on me)…the day after my order is shipped, but they say me that my order is split. We’ll see…
First order for a single ultafire sk68 xpe, end up with a fake/oversprayed xpe
emitter :( , i can accept fake lumens, but i can never accept fake
emitters. Since few complained on this, maybe an isolated case. Hope this
wont happen again, planning to buy more.
I ordered a lux meter and a digital scale from their US warehouse. They give me a tracking number and say that it shipped on Feb 3 but tracking showed that it didn’t ship until Feb 12. The digital scale arrived DOA and now they want me to send them videos and pictures. What a pain in the ass.
To top that off, the Warsun CT9T that I ordered on Feb 13 still hasn’t shipped.
They closed for Chinese New Year (17th-22nd Feb). The message was all over the website.
And it’s not in stock: “Arriving soon, expected dispatch in 3 days”
24 orders so far and everything i have ordered has arrived very fast i am very happy with BG
Ordered 16 Samsung 18650 from Banggood, they seem to be the real deal and a nice price.
Shipping was a bit longer then expected (dock workers had a slow down).
I ordered my Brass 18650 light Early Feb, I got it 3 weeks later, except they sent me a Brass AA instead (that I already got from them). Sent emails, filed a ticket. I got one response asking for a VIDEO? I already sent five pictures.
Still no response. Also my Orders from mid Feb (was trying to sneak in before the holiday) have not shipped. I will be filing a dispute soon if I get no response.
I also did some orders mid Feb, mainly for the holiday discount. The order got split into three, with two of the orders having one item each. Well, one is saying shipped, that is good but the other is “ready to process”. It has been like that for a week!
The third order has not even made it to “ready to process” stage and it is March now. I think they came back to work last week of February and it may take time for all the staff to get back to work but it is into March now. I’m sure they would have a lot of orders during that holiday discount period too, but remind me never to order from here early in the year.
First order from BG on March 25th. Received an e-mail a few days later thanking me for the order stating I would receive another e-mail when it was shipped with a tracking number.
About 2 weeks later, still no shipped e-mail received and no tracking number. Went to their site and after much effort finally found out it was shipped but still no tracking number.
Not good! Just hoping now that I receive the order.
I have never had an order go MIA from Banggood. I would not worry about it.
