I find it horrible..so stiff and hard to press..and there's no grip to the light so that makes it even worse..an s3 clicky is a much better suit for me..
nice..I want to try a new L2 or L2m..I have an l2p with s3 switch and an L2t..both are by far my nicest p60 hosts..has an old L2 that I sold to a friend and it was decent also..the stock switch on my L2p is easily twice as stiff as my L2t or L2 switches are..
That switch is the new version of the stock L2P tail. They've changed it a little and it appears it may be easier to operate (I'm with pounder, I find the "old" one darn near impossible to turn on/off with a normal grip). I've got one one the way and I'll try to remember to post my impression here.
Well I remembered. The new tailcap is easier to use. It has a 14mm boot instead of the 16mm of the original ones. I’m still not sure what makes them so hard but the new one is an improvement IMO.
I modded my L2P switch with a Romisen RC-N3 forward click switch. I found that the tailcap boot nipple was too short, so I put a small circular disk magnet between it and the plastic washer that goes between the boot and the switch. Works like a charm, very light press.
