First order from BG on March 25th. Received an e-mail a few days later thanking me for the order stating I would receive another e-mail when it was shipped with a tracking number.

About 2 weeks later, still no shipped e-mail received and no tracking number. Went to their site and after much effort finally found out it was shipped but still no tracking number.

Not good! Just hoping now that I receive the order.

I have never had an order go MIA from Banggood. I would not worry about it.

is there a coupon code for BLF members over at BG ?

2 orders so far from by and both got here in under 3 weeks using the free shipping. I’m really happy with them so far. Both orders arrived correct and in good shape.

Well, received the order today. 22 days from ordering to receiving. Not too bad. I just wish they would have sent an e-mail telling me it was shipped and provided a tracking number like they promised. Oh well, I got it so all’s well.

I had an issue with BangGood recently, a Solarstorm SC03 was DOA, it took posting a one star review stating they had ignored several emails from me - they had - Idiots wanted a photograph of it being DOA ??? - eventually solved in my favour, they sent a replacement that works perfectly. Overall happy with them, this was the first problem in 15 –20 orders.
BTW the SC03 is a good little torch, a good way of using up surplus CR123s.

Funny because awhile back I ordered one of the earlier DQG Tiny 18650 twisty lights from one of the popular Chinese vendors here, (not BG). This was before I heard about so many of the Tiny 18650 twisty’s being hit or miss.

I e-mailed the vendor and said I had a defective light as it would jump modes, worked whenever it felt like it and was an all around mess and I demanded a replacement. They e-mailed back not requesting photos but wanted me to make a video of the light!

I’ve been very lucky in dozens of orders with the Chinese vendors here, (including BG), other than that DQG light in only having one other problem which was a very inexpensive light. That vendor though said they would replace it in my next order. Nice way to get you to make another order. :slight_smile:

Requesting evidence is fair enough, provided it demonstrates the fault…

only had problem with one order out of few orders. they normally arrive in about 14days.
they sent a wrong coloured light and send them a picture and first they offered points and I said I preferred a partly refund.
there refund way very good and they also removed the item as the supplier changed the colour without telling them.

On June, 25th i ordered and payed a BLF Special Edition X6 in 4C tint for a special low price of ~$25.
After ~3-4 weeks the customer support told me, it is out of stock and available again in 10-15 days. Today i got a message about a refund, because the item is not available.

But when i search for the BLF Special Edition X6 on banggood it is listed as AVAILABLE, only for a higher price! :frowning:

Since this was my first order with them i feel at least “banged a little too good”! |( |(

My personal favorite thing about banggood is that the offer cheap shipping upgrades. I order most product in bulk so adding an extra 6-7 dollars to get fast shipping is a killer deal!

I can't think of another store in China that has better options for US shipping at that price.


I also like that when I contact them it seems like they truly understand what I am talking about ( meaning they know the industry and product). Prices on the stuff I order are good too, and I get discounts for bulk purchase, and the BLF discount on top of that.

Waiting on one order from Banggood…Neodymium magnets were pretty quick, but the cheapo flashlight is still wandering its way here.

BG had been on my “avoid” list for about 6-9 months after screwing up 4 consecutive orders in a row. (three were wrong items, or items not as described, and one item was lost completely… or never shipped.) - I was given partial refunds on the screw ups and a full refund via payal claim on the lost item.

I decided to give them another chance. Ordered my olight S1 recently and received it in 15 days (I did not pay for tracking, but they gave me a working number anyways)

Light arrived well packaged and worked great. Not to mention it was a rock bottom price (code provided by mad max/neal).

I realize it might be a lottery with some of the overseas dealers, but it seems like Neal from BG is doing his best to work with BLF and provide better than normal service and prices. :slight_smile:

I made an account with BangGood and placed my first order exactly a week ago. I ordered 4 flashlights from a US warehouse. The next day they contacted me to say the US Warehouse was totally out of stock, but there were 3 in china. I let them reduce to 3 and switch to China. Last night I got another email saying China only had 2 and could they reduce my order again? I gave them permission to cancel another flashlight. I don’t have the cancellation notice for that yet though… I’m disappointed. It should not take over a week to sort out what is not in stock. And only having 2 in stock is not cool either. At least ‘Ever’ has been kind.
