Supbeam X60 Battery-carrier Improved

Has anyone heard if the other lights are even in the mix of candidates for replacement. This thread, and the discussion centered around the X60. The others while mentioned by members, I dont recall being included by AceBeam.

My 2 X40’s and 1 K50 are feeling anxious…

Complementary Information:

We will replace defective carriers from any Supbeam product with in-board battery recharging capability that is showing unbalanced voltages ie: more than out range 4.2V +/-1% .

We are currently collecting all the claims for the carriers, confirming the previous buying information and marking the shipping information, will start mailing out the replacement carriers, starting on the 25th of this month.
(Pls send us another e-mail if you changed your shipping address or phone number ).

Would it be more streamlined to advise exactly what information is needed in the email?

ie;

  • Light model;
  • Serial number;
  • Purchase date;
  • Purchased from;
  • Shipping address;

Any other information required?

Yeah I dont like the phone number aspect. Its all risk of my privacy and peace and quiet, without any chance of gain. In this country, the postal service does not ring you regarding deliveries. You get a delivery, or a card telling you to visit the post office with the card if they cant deliver.

I expect t able to utilise the offer if needed, but I will not be providing you with a phone number. Promises and assurances have no value in this regard to me… there is no potential gain in complying in the first place.

Some delivery companies (in China) seem to require the phone number => Just give them a fake number.. ;)

I’ve been giving my mobile phone number with every order I made in last 4 years, no one ever called me from China or any other country that I ordered from, never received spam or any other weird SMS either…

In my country, couriers like Fedex and the others, will not accept a parcel sent via them without a telephone number, for they always call you before delivery to alert you of the duties to be paid at hand-over.

In a much as we would like to send everyone’s replacement carrier/s as soon as possible, please be assured that right now our quality control people are still in the process of testing each and every carrier before the carrier is given its seal of approval for shipment. We are testing the carriers in batches one by one model. A few X60 carriers was the first model to finish and passed the testing so to a few people with only the X60 carrier claims, your carriers have already been sent to the shipper and you will receive your tracking numbers tomorrow. Customers with multiple carrier models will receive their replacements together in one shipment.On May 1 to 3 it will be our labor holiday, so perhaps if we cannot finish the testing process on the remaining carrier models before this date, we will be shipping out the remaining carriers after May 5th…
