Warsun Zoomie X65. Bro of UF1405?

do any of those web page buttons convert the page to English?

Nice looking light actually. Is it twist to zoom or slide? What batteries, 2x26650?

I wouldn’t call it a beautiful shape, but the combination of 54 mm. head with lens not much smaller than that and 26650 battery sounds good, especially for a low price. The lens looks fairly thin = long focal length. That explains the wide flood and small spot.
Especially when they get that big, these things should all have Fresnel lenses of one sort or another.

Hm. Probably not for single items:

Actually my measurement is 50mm lens. Not as described.

One 26650 and slide zoom.

Those beam shots look very impressive. Nice lookin light as well if it’s really a pull zoomie.

Did you measure usable diameter or total diameter with the lens out of the light? If it has a 2mm rim and you measured the usable diameter then everything is correct, if not, well then they messed up the spec.

The original post says 50mm. I’m not sure why I thought 54.

Since you have tried from the top of the pill,

Maybe you can try from the bottom of pill? Put bottom of pill in vice and twist head?

But, is it comparable with UF-1405?
I mean doesn’t the 1405 have a bigger lens and so a farther throw?

Yes, it’s comparable to the 1503 which hasn’t yet hit gearbest to my knowledge. I like the looks of this one better though, if build quality is good it’d be a good alternative for people who favor slide zoom over twist style.

Edit for clarification: yes the 1405 throws further, no they’re not really comparable, the 1503 is comparable to it.

It is total diameter. 50mm. They messed the size.

I used tweezers to fix the star, and twisted the body, nothing happened.

Will try vise.

I want one!

I asked Neal…

banggood will list it soon

Good news.

It use glass lens?

It looks like PMMA.

Gearbest has gotten the X65 in stock.

wish it was more than an XML

Emitter would go out or be at least dedomed anyway so… not that big of a deal IMO

Too bad it is 1 x 26650 / 3 x AAA, not / 4 x AAA or / 3 x AA. Those would be much better for gifts.
It is 3 x AA, as someone said above, so it is very good for those who don’t want to use lithium ion batteries.

Recently I tried to find cheap 3xAA light (as you said, they are good for gifting to people when you don’t want to explain everything about li-ion cells and spend more on charger and battery), won’t believe how hard it is…
