Im new to the flashlight scene, But have dealt with several retailers in my short time. And let me say that ordering products from China will try any mans or ladies patience, Thats if they even ship in the first 3 days after placing the order.

I just placed my first order with Kaidomain.com about 3 days ago, As of yet it hasn't shipped. But to be fair 2 of the items did say 1-3 days shipping time. I sent them a message today threw their internal website message system and asked what was the hold up? They said my order will ship tomorrow. They answered that message within 6 hours iirc so that was good.

Whats odd is they have had a tracking code assigned to my order for two days half implying my order shipped and the status just didn't update. I cant find anything to complain about really as im finding this to be par for the course in ordering overseas.

They do have good items and alot in stock and no 7 days shipping holds like DX does to acquire your order from vendors. So far im happy and will order again.

Ill put up a rating when my order shows up and is inspected. But if i had to rate them now id say 3.5 stars only because im taking into account and comparing them to other Chinese retailers. If it was against an American retailer id give them 2 stars from what im used too. But those ratings mean nothing until my order is in my paws and ill come back and edit my post with a final rating.

Hey guys.. anybody knows how KD handles different orders played on the same day? Want to place 3 orders instead of just one... because of custom problems... Would be really bad, if the ship them in a single package

Every package that i have received from them was marked as $15

Just order and pay(!) one at a time (with some time between) and they will send them individually.

Placed my first order with them on July 29th. (Was just for some spare clicky switches) They shipped on August 1st and I received it on August 9th. Wish that I'd found them a LONG time ago...and that they'd answer my "price match" requests, but am very satisfied and will gladly be doing more business with them.

I placed three orders last night. SF Sales, Manafont and Kaidomain(the "U2" xml dropin is less than $11). SF Sales sent a tracking number and said they would send it today. Manafont says still processing so we will see about that one. On the KD order, I forgot to sign in so I sent an email asking if the order was received and status. The email was answered within minutes. I was informed by them that it is national day and they have 7 days off, the items will be delayed by at least that time. Seven days off for national day? Should be National week. I have to Google that.

The 3- 18 v one? I must get one of those.

those 3-18V are 2A to the led, not bad :)

they sent me a wrong item (bike flashlight holder) and promised to send me the right one (camping lantern enclosure) this week, back to waiting

No, it’s the 3.7/4.2 one. I bought two of them before when they were $18. On one of them the emitter fell right off the star while I was using the light. I have to think that was a fluke. Hope so anyhow.

I put a NANJG 105c 2.8 amp driver in one and it really woke it up. Those U2s they use have a great tint, but are desperately under driven at 2.0 amps with the 3-18 volt driver.

Oh crappy.. now I'm bummed for visiting this thread and finding out the U2 1-mode drop-in is that under driven. I still haven't received it yet but it's been over two weeks so should be here any day. I'm not too excited anymore :(

I was searching for a 3.7-4.2V U2 but all I could find is the 3.0-18V. So am I actually getting less with this U2 drop-in than I'd get with 4.2V T6?

My order was pending for a few days, but the delivery was very fast. Once again, I'm satisfied.

So far placed four orders with KD. Two arrived no problems, the other two didn't. After a month or so I checked Paypal history and realized that I hadn't actually been charged for these transactions, even though I checked out as usual, via Paypal, and without apparent hitches. Nothing to tell me that my order hadn't been processed. Also got major problems with nearly all links to their website, even recently posted ones,. Still, this is saving me money Wink

How do you all contact KD customer service? I've tried using their website too do so and the submit button is nowhere to be found??? Anyone have an actual email address?

No email address. Maybe it’s your browser as I just went there and the submit button is right there.

Not sure... have tried 3 different browsers. Maybe it's because I have a new account (switched emails)?

i've ordered a little thing (UF head band strap) 9 days ago and it's still listed as "back ordered" in my account status. should i cancel the order? Lamentably KD has no chat option. since i dont need/want the strap urgently, i am tending now to cancel everything before i get involved in some stupid KD waiting game which i experienced before with DX: i had waited for 2.0 months(!!) for back ordered silicone oil and it was never shipped because DX never got the stuff from the supplier. thanks for some opinions or sharing of recent KD experience so that i get a picture of what i should expect from them. i am a first time KD customer, and i havent seen the UF head band strap elsewhere.
