They actually refunded me twice for an order not fullfilled (Nitecore EA21). I was actually pretty pissed. But then today, I was loling. They really should have better coordination!

HAHAHA wait so you ignored the other coupon? Shouldn’t they have disabled that coupon? Or is it still use able?

Its still usable. I wanted them to disable them but they can’t seem to be able to do it. :person_facepalming:

Two options:

  1. Use it as a ‘reward’ for their poor CS (days to get refunds, being told a product is available when it is not, poor checkout (you order out of stock items) etc
  2. Be ‘honest’ and let it expire

What is beyond me is

  1. How can they issue 2 coupons for one product they did not have?
  2. Why can’t they cancel it when I told them about the mistake…
