Tail switch is only for powerbank function, and battery status. Side switch is the main for light, so tail switch can be turned on or off, doesent effect the light output.
Hmmm, this light seems real interesting. I would take it over the K60 because most magnetic control ring drivers are not mod friendly.
In the video above, the TK75 seems to beat this light, but it has a cooler tint. Question is, how much more can the current be increased in this light. Probably not much if it's 2S2P. Modding the battery carrier to 4S would probably result in loss of functionality of the tail, which is a real cool feature. Decisions, decisions. Need to get more info on this light first. It's probably above, but I don't have time to read right now. Need to crash.
I’d like it if they could laser etch it “BLF SD75” on it like they did with the “BLF SD10”.
Have a copper DTP MCPCB.
It’s driver have 5+ amps and can be made 6+ with a resister mod.
It come in that box as seen in that picture.
The BLF version comes numbered
I get #01
Serial no. 01. ha ha maby after me! Just kidding
All other you have mentioned, like DTP mcpcb is a must for this deal. Aluminium case is also included, and small USB light you can use for camping or whatever you need for is also a gift. BLF logo is nice idea, I could ask, but not sure is it possible…
I like the idea of a BLF logo, don’t care much if there’s a serial number, but if there is that’s OK with me. Very interested in finding out what the limit of the stock driver is, although I’ll probably replace it with a buck driver and put in an XP-L or XP-G2. Unless I get 2 that is, one would stay stock.
I am wondering who has the bigger or deeper reflector and more throw, this one or the K60, do you have any idea of the actual reflector dimensions? Any comparison beam shots between the 2?
How good is it conducting the heat from the led to the big head? How thick is the base plate where the DTP MPCB sits (Or is screwed on to)?
