Help with a ThruNite TN12 bought from www.thrunite-store.eu

Hi All,

Looking for some assistance here please

I have a TN12 bought in 2013 from the Thru-Nite.eu website and the TN12 is now only doing fire-fly mode.

I have contacted ThruNite.com looking for assistance in getting it fixed however they tell me it was bought from an agent so i have to go through them, which I have no issue with.

Only the website of www.thrunite-store.eu does no longer exist!!
Are they now thru-nite.com?

If anyone can point me in the right direction please who I should contact?

Thanks guys.

Just try contacting the website. No harm trying

www.thru-nite.eu? it does not exist that I can get to. Can you get to it?

http://www.thrunite.com/
there is no thru-nite.eu

I contacted thrunite.com who told me to go through the dealer I bought it from.

The dealer I bought it from was www.thrunite-store.eu and the website is no longer around.

Is thru-night.com the dealer who was www.thrunite-store.eu ?

—Steve

IIRC Thrunites EU shop was “Thrunite-store.eu”.
The “thru-nite.eu” shows 0 other results, except this thread, and no DNS record.
https://dnshistory.org/dns-records/thru-nite.eu

You might be lucky if you try something like Domain History Checker , but for EU domains.

I just did a wayback on the site and contact details are the same as for the thrunite.com site
So I think they are trying to fob me off :frowning:

They are mentioned here

Will keep trying.

>> Contact http://www.thrunite-store.com/
This was identical to http://www.thrunite-store.eu/

Thanks, the contact us details for that website are the same as thrunite.com

Any Support or Service: service@thrunite.com

I get the feeling they are all the same group with separate websites, seeing as how they all have the same email address, service@thrunite.com.

Since they replied telling me to contact the .eu address for support they (service@thrunite.com)no longer reply to my emails.

Did you tell them you bought it via thru-nite.eu or thrunite-store.eu?

Check your emails about order/shipping or your Paypal or CC history and take a screenshot or fwd/attach the email.

Jesus, thrunite are helpful sorts!

Hi, yes I sent them all the details of the order. Order number and date.

The reply was

But the website I bought it from shows them as the contact!!!

Have emailed them again……
