For all interested I had a great experience purchasing from Primelumens.com
I ordered an Acebeam K60 which was listed as in stock when I purchased. The following morning I was informed
there was a problem. When they tested the light before shipping a problem with the light was discovered and it would have to be returned to the mfg. for a
replacement. I was told this would result in a wk or two delay. They asked if I wanted to continue with my order
or if I wanted a refund. I told them to continue with the order understanding that the problem was beyond their
control ( i am glad they test before sending)
I was concerned that this wk or two would turn into a month or two.
True to their word they kept me informed about the entire process and the light was in my hands before two weeks.
I was impressed and would not hesitate to purchase from them again and I would not hesitate to recommend them
to others ( which I am doing)
So, they tested a light that turned out to be faulty and instead of testing a new light to send to you, they ask you to wait for the manufacturer to warranty the first light? wow. Not my kettle of fish.
I wondered the same. Shortly after I ordered I checked the site and the light was out of stock. Could be this was the last one and they had no replacement. —- ( best practice would be always to test the final lights when the inventory gets very low so a substitute can be made in a timely fashion )
I was not thrilled with having to wait but with all the poor poor scammy retail sites online I was happy to deal
with retail operation with good communication and follow through.
I will never know 100% what the problem was or even if there was one but I don’t care. i will give them the
benefit of the doubt and I am still happy. I will let others draw their own conclusions.
I have also had good communication from this company. He is more than fair. Made me several offers below his posted prices. I would do business with them.
