Gearbest Customer Service / Ticket issue?

I tried to reply my tickets but it seemed like Gearbest website is faulty?

Whenever I tried to view my tickets it just asked me to log in again even when I’m already logged in.

Same thing happened to me. I hope they fix it soon.

Same thing happened to me. Had to log-off on the main site (home), delete cookies and then go to support.gearbest.com to login on the support site!

Then you can click on your ticket list, top right

not the best UE.

Or perhaps that is the way they like it… No complaints if you cannot log in… I have not had the best of luck with them…

Sorry that it is our system bug. Our technical colleague have solve this issue and it is normal now. Could you please try it again? Thanks.

I had the same ticket issue. I think it depend if you click on the link before or after login to the site. Anyway sometime I can see my ticket, sometime I can’t. In the end I posted a message in a gearbest thread (I can’t remember which one) and now I deal with gearbest with BLF private message.

But they tend to forget your ticket so send a message a least every week. I had ticket opened mid june, I still wait.

I send a message constantly every week to remind them. And they did reply quick for my refunds.
In fact they already refunded me

Now I have a new problem. Online bank statement is extra slow for this week. I can’t even see if gearbest already refunded me or not.

I have a problem whit a ticket. Its 10 days ago, and haven’t response. I send you a PM whit details.

I still have not received any satisfaction with my Convoy S2+ I have been complaining about for weeks now on Gearbest. The complaints ticketing system just does not work. You have to go through many hoops to contact them and then they say the photos sent have not been received. Eventually I emailed them the photos and since then all has gone quiet. I have several orders on standby with Gearbest which will never go forward unless they sort themselves out soon.

Their CS and their order processing is very slow.

To speed things up a bit try to contact their customers service persoon CSgearbest.

I was also asked to send them pictures of fake S2+, but eventually got the original light+they didnt ask to organize shipment of fake one back to them, so I got two one and a half light for the price of one.

Now, the fake one isnt what I asked for, mind you, but it is usable so overall, except for the fact that it took almost 3 months from the ordering date to receive the original one, lol, it was nothing to be pissed about because I knew they will do right given the wide publicity they gained from this whole ordeal :D! That and Paypal has got 180 days coverage in my country, otherwise I wouldnt probably wait for reshipment and just demand full refund.
