Did anyone measure the lens on it?
I’m asking so that you could put frosted film on one for flood and leave the other clear for a bit of throw.
Googling didn’t yield anything.

I didn’t measure it. I’ll try in a day or two when I have time and see if I can the head apart.
Yeah luckily no one was around when I was shooting it! I agree it’s for camping and hiking mostly- that’s what I use it for. Also working on things.
Just when I convinced myself to pull the trigger, the sale ended.
It’s $49 now. I’d take it at $30, at nearly $50, nope.
The sale ended really fast
Guys, would you recommend this light for night running?

So I jumped up and down outside, and it stayed in place pretty well. It does have a slight bounce to the rubber holder in the front but the light does not pivot, so the beam stays where you put it. I think it would probably be ok.

I’m sorta slow with the affiliate stuff, but I just updated the post, and included a link. There’s one here too, if you’d like me to get credit for it.
China wholesale Sitemap, dropshIP wholesale from China, Professional Chinese wholesaler for general merchandise on wholesale price.
It’s up for sale again at gb. Between this review and that price it’s pretty unmissable
Gah! I was going to get the Lumintop SD75, but there’s several other lower-cost lights I want to get. If I don’t get that one, I can get this one… Decisions, decisions….

Glad you liked it. I think adding both beam tests helped visualize the differences.
Came back to this thread to check out the spark’s beamshot. I think the side by side shots on the wall are brilliant, worth a thousand words!
Some folks wanted the lens size, but I forgot until today. I was able to get the bezel off by the force of my hand so it doesn’t appear glued. It’s 18.65mm in diameter and 1.5mm thick. Alright, swap away.

Out of curiosity, since I have the light on it’s way (and am pretty new to all of this), with what and why would we be swapping out the lens?
Some people wanted to swap out the lens for a frosted one, to make it floodier.
NO BLINKING MODES ?
THANK (fill in with your deity here)
Now we need to train them about tint!

Where would I find those? Sounds like an easy upgrade or swap out for different tasks.
Found a “D02 Filter” off the xtar website. Will have to look around

To be honest I have no idea. I have lights with a more diffused beam pattern so I’ll use those instead. Some people apply scotch tape to the lenses or something called “DC fix.” I searched around for a frosted lens for a while but couldn’t find one.
