Someone from USA writing about Manker and ends with “cheers David”…
Move along people, nothing to see here.

Sorry, I don’t follow your logic Daniel from Romania. Usually would have posted to other light forum, but this seemed budget, so I thought I’d post here. Move along if you’ve nothing to add, although I enjoy humor I’m missing it. Not altogether welcoming, and yeah, I’m a very real and conscious light fanatic.

Cheers Daniel!

Your first post looks like one from a shill, that is all. If you are not a manker shill, my apologies, welcome and carry on.

Thank you sir. No Manker shill here I assure you, just looking for some real world feedback. I’ve never owned a Manker and haven’t been impressed with their design aesthetics to date, though this one catches my eye much more. Seems there is not an English review out there on the web I can find. Any feedback appreciated :).

Keep it real!

as far as i know that light will be sent to one of the members (can’t remeber) and to other forums

i hope to see the reviews soon

Looking forward to it. Very compact light for sideswitch and packs the latest/hottest LED, XPL HI (no idea of bin).

Not up on banggood yet, but all over ebay at $69.95 or OBO. May have to send some “best offers” out :).

It looks massive for its size and I looked the weight, it’s 55 grams without battery. Pretty good for a AA light. Pricewise it’s got some heavy competition so I hope they drop the price.

Too bad it doesn’t have stainless steel bezel

This weekend I will start review of this in spanish, of course I will comment in this forum my first impressions.

great!

i like your style

That is Zebralight price territory for AA light.

20mm body for an AA light? It is huge :frowning:

In fact more expensive than a ZL ($69). Personally, I’d stick to ZL unless this was priced at $40-45….

Looks a very nice AA/14500 torch. Excellent output for such a small size.

I like the output numbers, but I think it’s ugly. :Sp
Price is definitely too high for me as well.

There are a few of us that will be getting these for review.

I dont find the design ugly, but it’s always personal taste. I’m impressed by the numbers, but the price is too high.

I do agree with you.
At first I thought it is a titanium light.
If I were to buy an AA light with a budget of $60-70, I’ll take the tried and tested ZL anytime over this.
$40 is a more appropriate.

If it was not quite so pricey, I might consider it. But a very good S2+ or EE X6 with more runtime is quite a bit cheaper.
