The BLF account Banggood was last active less than two hours ago (as of 1830 Pacific Time).

One would think BG staff would want to tackle this serious matter quickly for the sake of BG’s good reputation.

Josh has more patience than I - I give sellers three days for a meaningful response, before escalating to PayPal.

Apologies to those that took my anger personally. I was/am surprised how lightly some people took my issue. It is a real issue no doubt.

Josh I do understand what is like in the heat of a moment, and how easy it is to drive hard at something when your angry.

I dont think anyone is saying they think a person should not get what is advertised. That is what this kind of thread is for is simple feed back. It can help both members and businesses.

My only point really is that its always appreciated when you remember that there is person on the other end of what ever comments are made.

You are a person, flesh and blood like the rest of us, and so is Neil (banggood).

Right now your feeling a deep sting because you got something different than what you were expecting to get. Neil may well be in the same boat. He may have purchased hundreds of dollars of those lights thinking the same think you did. Not only that now he has the added sting of having an upset customer.



I do wish you luck Josh. I hope that you an Neal are able to work this out and that neither one of you lets this dampen your spirit.

A few weeks ago I ordered 4 Samsung 30Q cells from Banggood. They sent 3 30Q and one protected Samsung cell. I talked to their CS on their forum and what do you know, they send the missing 30Q free of charge. And I get to keep the protected cell. Top tier customer service, it’s kinda hard not to like them. And look at that packaging.

Customer service wasn’t any help, but Neal said he would request a refund. I think he will get it done. The ad is still showing the wrong flashlight, I am going to keep an eye on that.

Got my nitecore mt10c today,was shipped on the 24th september, great going! :slight_smile:

Order only 2 times from BG (3 if you include the most recent one that hasn’t arrived yet) and had no issues. Just the usual really slow shipping but no problems to report.

edit: I tryed to get a better or similar price to the Lumintop Tool from HKEquipment, they responded with a coupon code. But the second time with a deal from GB, they didn’t, I did 2 times and had no response.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for the KD C8 with XP-L Hi that I bought from Kaidomain. Except for a tighter hotspot that gives a better throw, I feel it’s quality has no comparison to a Convoy C8, which costs less then the KD C8.

Just got a batteries package that was marked as “charger” on the description and opened by Canada Customs. Someone stuck a sticker saying “Goods not fullfilling the conditions prescribed by Articles 9 and 10 of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community.”

Banggood is still selling these with false advertising. The ad still says CREE, but they are latticebright, it says 1800lm but it’s a 1/10th of that, and the images are all of a model with superior build quality. I offered to send them free pictures of the correct item for their listing, but when Banggood customer service replied they ignored the topic. They have sold more flashlights according to the sale counter. They would have never gave me a refund if it wasn’t for Neal. They are clearly okay with the situation. That’s so disappointing.
