I wouldn't say one is best. I have in the last month brought a Body from Lightake the reflector/pill from DX and the led & driver from KD .
Get what you want from the suppler that has stock, or is the only stockist of some parts.At the right price of course 
If you want speed, you probably do not wish to deal with any Hong Kong based organisation as Hong Kong post is very cheap, but not fast.

On the other hand, costs are higher just about everywhere else. My personal preference is to pay less and have to wait a bit longer. Others prefer to pay a bit more and get things faster.
It would be unusual for me to only look in one place for an item, there are probably many others who sell the same things so it is usually worthwhile to look around.
Since I don't live in the USA, most US dealers are too expensive for me by the time the much higher postage costs are added. They usually are quick though. I have to go to Pittsburgh for a short time every summer for the next three so will be looking closely at US offerings before I set off.

They're all similar. If you haven't bought from HK before, you might want to try DX first, since they have the best interface and you'll end up buying some knick knacks there anyway. LT has a rep who posts here so try that if you want/need someone to answer questions.
