Flashlight Host and Uncommon Budget Flashlights

Nice host, let me know when you have this deal available

But most designs are a compromise between one thing and another, even an F1 car.

It only becomes a problem if a part fails.

Side switch task group at it again though - better with a body mounted side e-switch. Please, would love to have a better quality Y3 in host form.

SS bezel of course would be sweet too, and also agree with FlashPilot on the heat conductance.

I do understand the compromises of course, and practical issues of dealing with the other side.

For the AR lens, to me there's no sense to providing one because they are very hit and miss from China (wasted a lot of time/effort/$$$ on them in the past), and nothing seems to come close to the UCL and UCLp's - just not worth a couple extra bucks in cost. Bigger brands have provided quality AR lens, but anything generic or no-name will be a disappointment most likely.

I heard host plus packaging will be 600+g. After looking at the initial quote, it is only 50/50 chance for group buy to happen.

This is definitely one of the best looking single 26650 flashlight in market.

It’s very nice looking, I just wish the head was 15mm bigger…

dang… I just bought 3 lights from a group buy! I should just do my wallet a favor and delete my account right now……

any beamshots?

Dang this is gorgeous! It's along the lines of the JAX Z1 and Convoy L2 - two of the best look'n lights around. I would definitely be in on these - look at all that gorgeous finning. Also like the squared off machining - anti-roll feature. Agree with PD68 though - would be nice with a bigger head, but I'll still take 1-2 as-is.

GB $34.11

That one looks very similar to an hd2010, with a bit different machining in the head.

Looks like a mix of the HD2012 and the new L2. The metal around the driver pocket is very thick, reminds me of the Convoy X3

For the sand/ desert tan lovers.

That looks great

Woah! That sand color looks nice. Do you have a link?

THIS is well known arround here but not at that LOL price, i do hope it would be at least as good as those i bought several years ago

Bought one for evaluation ofc, will keep you updated
