I think you press and hold the button and it ramps up and down to select your desired brightness. Or at least something like that. ;)

Haha! I figured this was a pretty good price ($23.99) so I jumped on it. That's a better deal than they had for the group buy...
I want to buy one but I have the H2 and want to know if this is significantly brighter than the h2..if not then i'll just use the h2 lol

The group buy was priced at $25, I think. Maybe I'm wrong though.
The GB has registered shipping thrown in....so that's $2 value. Pretty much the same. $25.43 for the GB.
It's a bit brighter than the H2. Haven't gotten the DMM to verify though. The low is the same, pretty low as in definitely below 3 lumens.
Check the currency. I also made that mistake when i tried to purchase another light…wondering why all of a sudden it went up. LOL! It should be US$29.99 and S$38.99.

I have both H2 and H3. If you use the lithium (14450) in H2, it is not much dimmer than the H3. The advantage of H3 is the higher capacity and low leakage current. Also H3 is very small when compared to other 18650 lights. In fact, H3 is about the same size as the Sipik 68 i.e. ChicagoLite or the very popular AA zoom to flood.
If you have H2, do you really *need* H3? No but you certainly *want* it :-)

Well...ok after you have gotten the SC600, you can come back and get this one. Surely there will be a Xmas sale + New year sale or something again.
H2 for really small floody light (it's really small btw as you'd know). H3 for runtime and with a form factor that is just barely bigger, it's even smaller than the SC600.
These lights are really functional in real life, they work, and extremely good quality as far as budgetlights are concerned (very nice feel when you screw on/off the tailcap, extremely good anodising that you'd not feel ashamed to put beside a Fenix, solid light with no battery rattle). Too bad about the PWM, but that's about the only -ve.
