I just had the strangest experience while trying to place an order for some knives, batteries, and misc. items with FastTech. With the exception of a couple Nitecore 16340s, every item was one I’d ordered multiple times before from FastTech. When I went to checkout, I couldn’t do so because no shipping option was available. In the past, I’d usually be given a choice of at least two options. Realizing some shipping options don’t allow knives, I deleted the Enlan pocketknives (even though I’d successfully ordered them before). Still no shipping option. Then I removed all the batteries. Now, I was allowed to checkout but only with a single shipping option: Registered Airmail via Sweden Post. Since I wasn’t going to bother placing an order just for some plastic battery storage boxes, flashlight holsters, and a butane lighter, I deleted all items in my cart. Next, I experimented with adding individual items then seeing if I was “allowed” to checkout. I added some Sanyo 18650s and could checkout, again only using Sweden Post. In the past, USPS Expedited for Battery Products was an option and the one I selected. Next, I added the Nitecore 16340s and was still allowed checkout with Sweden Post. Then I added the Enlan knives and couldn’t checkout because there was no shipping option. I removed the knives then added the butane lighter. No checkout allowed … even though previously the same lighter in my cart wasn’t a problem. I finally gave up. Perhaps I’ll have better luck later in the day, hopefully before the 20% discount expires.

Sounds like you may have found some faults with their shipping system. If your having a problem, know what you want and send them your list and tell them the problems your having. Definitely make a ticket to make sure you get your discount, I would have done that right away as you may have. I've spent well over a thousand dollars over this discount period buying everything from solder wick to 100 dollars flashlights, over multiple orders. I have not run into any issues. But as you have noticed, batteries are a strange bird to ship. For the most part FT has been well above any of the other asian companies to deal with when issues arise. For me over the years they have been around 98% consistent. The longest I have ever had to wait for something to reach my door is 14 days. Earliest has been 6 days. Not one of the other companies can even reach FT's worst shipping time. I pretty much use them exclusively.

I experienced similar order problems this weekend.

And I had to mix-and-match, split up my orders, to get the desired shipping options.

Some of it was due to restrictions on knives, some of it was due to restrictions on shipping liquids. I didn’t order any batteries.

That is highly bizarre, but living in Hawaii might have something to do with it. I think it all gets shipped to the continent of the United States. The reshipped to Hawaii. I've never waited more than 14 days. What do you think?

I have noticed that FT has been slipping on shipping items that show in stock within a few days. I ordered the BTU when they brought it on board the same day and it did not ship for a whole week when it said in stock. I cancelled the order. But I went ahead and bought it yesterday because of the 20%.

I tried telling you this on your website but you wanted to have a form filled out including pictures of the front and back of the package and another picture of all the items displayed side by side. I couldn’t do this, so I spoke to your chat person. He said without the pictures I could prove nothing. I asked for your email, and gave him my email. He said you could not communicate by email.

I order a lot of stuff from you. In fact I have two orders ready to be shipped right now. If you can’t take my word that one single LED was missing from one of my orders, or make communication easier, then perhaps I should be looking for a different dealer.
