Too good to be true??

What is so exceptional about it?

To me it seems rather expensive with a bit outdated LED…

You could get something with an xml in it for that. And 100 lumens from an AA isn’t great. Zebralight got 250something from a single AA.

I was thinking of the 100m throw claim.

100 meters from 100 lumens with a reflector like that? Not going to happen. 30m at most.

Are you guys talking about .25lux at the 100 meters, then yes, I can definitely understand!

If you want something around that price to reach 100m, look towards the zoomie range.
I don’t have the sipik 68, maybe someone else can chime in and confirm that it reaches 100m?

Made in the Uk?

I have the clulite pl1 and pl2 both amazing flashlights for the price well worth it, great English company. Just wrote a post on the pl2 check it out.

Link? Is it a full review? I’d like to see beamshots at lengths for this light, maybe a video. It seems like another nothing-special light to me.

I will take some beam shots of the pl1 tonight, only have my phone camera though so pics won’t be the best quality.

This is my short post on the Clulite Pl2 1xaaa there £7

If you can, open up the tail cap and show the switch. I like the gradual taper allowing a slightly larger reflector but many AA lights have poor quality switches and for that kind of green you’d want to get top line parts throughout.

Link goes to “page not available”

See if this works. Link

Beam shots on my phone were poor and not worth posting, will try get hold of a camera. Beam lights up a house 50m away well, by 100m its probably down to <5 lumens by that distance though.

agree with you…

was it the price that was good? Because I just picked up one of these: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?414316

500 lumens on (1) AA or 900 on a 14500 …… and 283 meter throw.

$37 with coupon

It’s an LB… I don’t think it can be any good.
