I’ve had a look through Jaxman’s store and one curious absentee is a good quality C8. In an odd way it has become the benchmark Ultrafire clone manufacturer!
Their lights are excellent lights. I have the UV and Mini C8. I would like to end up with an X1 host, no point in gutting a built light. I did build my Mini C8 from a host and it is a wonderful little light. I do wish it used a driver retaining ring on the pill.
I’d love to get Jaxman E3 Nichia…just the price is right now little bit blocking for me. Hope to learn more about it soon.

While,some fans of flashlight have test the near kind of E3 (they are use the same Drive and LED.).Let me ask them for a reference.

I received my Jaxman Mini C8 and E2, both Nichia 4000K. Both beam tints look great. I now have the Jaxman E3 on my wishlist.

Oh,as to C8,we think it is a good model in the time of XRE lamps. I have to say C8 is a good design in the time of XRE lamps.While now it is XML time. We can not get a good spot of a C8 with XML or XML2 lamp,while the volume of C8 is still some large. So we decide to design a smaller C8. That is portable and flood, though it have not a good throw spot.

Mini C8 was designed for mountain bike cyclists. That is a sport with violent vibration. In order to get a strong structure against the vibration, we use welding design instead of a retaining ring on the pill.Any retaining ring is may to be relaxed when the violent vibration occurred.
