If there are glass aspheric lenses, I wonder if they are cut and polished or only molded. I suppose the plastic ones are molded and that plastic can be formed that accurately by molding, but I think you could tell molded from polished glass by how clear it is as a magnifying glass. One usually can tell how a drinking glass was made by looking at it.
That does look like a remote switch. The switch is in the tail cap that screws off, so it would be easy to make a remote replacement for it. People use remote switches for lights on guns and what not.
there will be NO diffrence between themā¦its a driver for nimh alsoā¦i have changed the led for xml2ā¦its no senseā¦few lumens.forget it:) extremly cheap this oneā¦
I have purchased 4 Sipik clones from eBay in the past. All were very low quality. Just received the Sipik I purchased from Gearbest today. It seems to be a real Sipik SK68. Well made and brighter than all my clones. It is also a bit smaller in size. And has a real Q5. Unfortunately I paid a lot of money for it. It broke the bank. I used my Gearbest points to ease the pain a bit. $2.61
It's just a roll of the dice when it comes to buying flashlights sometimes you win other times you lose. The gearbest Sipik Sk68 I received is well made and has a very good tint. I won.
Thanks 264, it looks like the same I have - Sipik clone with āSipikā brand on the bezel. I bought mine on ebay, sometimes there are auctions and you could win for about $2. Maybe itās the same, but maybe not.
I totally agree that itās a gambleā¦and I like it!
