Hi Jaxman.

I received my Jaxman Mini C8 and E2, both Nichia 4000K. Both beam tints look great. I now have the Jaxman E3 on my wishlist.

Oh,as to C8,we think it is a good model in the time of XRE lamps. I have to say C8 is a good design in the time of XRE lamps.While now it is XML time. We can not get a good spot of a C8 with XML or XML2 lamp,while the volume of C8 is still some large. So we decide to design a smaller C8. That is portable and flood, though it have not a good throw spot.

Mini C8 was designed for mountain bike cyclists. That is a sport with violent vibration. In order to get a strong structure against the vibration, we use welding design instead of a retaining ring on the pill.Any retaining ring is may to be relaxed when the violent vibration occurred.

Sorry for late answer. The E3 runtime of Middle and Low is 8hs and 120hs.

This is test by a Ni-MH battery,2100mAH.

I’m not understanding the Nichia “high cri”. What different is this from a normal CREE LED?

And is the E3 rear button green or black?

hi,the high CRI means a better color rendering than normal Lamps.
The E3 rear button we have black and green .We can provide both the 2 color.

Hi jaxman,
last month, i wanted to order the m8 in 7, but it wasnot available. At the same time the cometa should arrive in Europe, but till now it is not there.
Now i want your original jaxman x1 ,but it seems you make it a little complicate for me:
Xhp shows a cross!!, is 6v and needs two batteries, because there is NO booster, allthough a mt g2 is not there….
So, only the old one with this simple ui and not sooo modern cree led should be your answer to this cometa dissaster??
I think not. I cannot believe, that you are not able to make it better.
