They are produced in Japan, most probably in FDK Twicell factory, performance is on par with ‘original’ Sanyo Eneloops i.e. better than newest Panasonic Eneloops made in China.

he upgraded the charger with an small voltmeter
and so did i... - now its also a cell-tester!

do not forget to adjust the potentiometer for accurate reading!!!

What amazes me about these little chargers is they don’t get warm/hot at all while charging. In contrast, my XtarWP2 is very warm all the time.
