What the hell is going on your country with regards to battery import policies?
If whatever restrictions only apply to air transport, maybe you could ask some friend in a nearby country without those absurd restrictions to buy the desired batteries and resend them to you through surface mail.
The last government got a huge succeed in case āfu-ck our people all ways possibleā, they are trying to implant the comunism (they āworkedā 14 years for it) and all laws changing for fine peoples and promote banditsā¦ā¦
A Fenix 3400 mah is going for $36.26 (US dollars). And itās only $15.48 at Fasttech. Can you get laptop batteries shipped into Brazil so that you can take the individual batteries out? Perhaps thatās a cheaper option for you.
If itās Fenix, thatās probably 3.400 mAh. If thatās the best you can get, perhaps itās time (as H. L. Menken said) to spit upon your hands, hoist the black flag and start slitting throatsā¦
Dittos on the laptop packs, though. As I tried to suggest, you probably have hundreds of 18650s within walking distance of you right now. Go make friends with a computer repair store owner. If he gives you a few packs, return the favor with a nice, impressive 18650-powered flashlight you built yourself. Then you can teach him* how to build his own. Youāll both be better off, and who doesnāt need another friend?

I tried, really, I tried but only I found batteries deffective for sell for R$6 (more R$20~ shipping) and I have 20 18650 under 1.75V and only 2 found with 3,40V. I dont count those which I threw rusted/leakedā¦ā¦
Not worth to buy used cells, the final price are more expensive that new ones. :weary:
And about prices, not only fenix have super prices, if you see the first is that nitecore and panasonics selled by R$70 1pack. not only about flashlights are too expensive, cars price its a joke
Do not take offense and excuse me for complaining but Iām very frustrated because I saved money, came here to get opinions, made choices and expectations and finally I dont able to buy :person_facepalming:
Let Gearbest ship that Liitokala charger this will save some haslle
Oh and you asked if those below 2V cells from the notebook can be charged, NO.
The two with higher voltage could be ok if they charge normally without getting warm and taking very long.
EDIT LOL we link to the same seller
IDK if that is a good seller, but if the cells are not as advertised or do not arrive AliExpress refund you so little to no risk here.
I wouldnāt buy that one. The ones to buy are the factory new but never sold batteries. I bought some from Ebay several years ago and all the batteries were Samsung 2600 mah rated batteries and they all tested around 2200mah on my Opus 3100. I donāt recall but I think I payed less then $15 per battery pack.
Thereās an on-going thread about battery packs in BLF.
Another option have them sent to someone in USA and have them reship them to you. In a past life time Iāve seen many tricks to get illegal things into the country wouldnāt be hard to stick the batteries in a every day item. So if inspected its not glanced at twice. Worst case you get a seizure letter saying your batteries are seized. Example for 4 batteries Iād stick them in a small stuffed animal and mail them with a .99 cent happy bday card written in Spanish or Portuguese the languages there
