NiMH Charger

My LaCrosse BS-500 has given up the ghost after a whole three months of service. I need a new charger. What is the best charger I can buy for about fifty dollars that will last longer than three months?

I would just buy this one.

I got this charger for less than $5. It's not super quick charger like the name but I like it. My battery barely get warm which i like , the down side it take a long time to charge.

If you're willing to go $59, you can get a Maha C-9000.

Probably the best nimh charger available. I absolutely love it for all its adjustable settings and modes. Get this and you can be sure that you're getting the most charge and life out of your cells. And it's fun.

Ah right, forgot you can use Amazon. Why don't they ship to Canada...

The Maha MH-C9000 is really very good (probably the best AA and AAA charger).

For my AA and AAA's I use the Sanyo charger that came with an eneloop package I bought. The charging protocol is perfect for the eneloops and I have been using it for years without flaw or fault.

For D nimh I use the titanium d3000 I got from battery junction. It works well but gets a bit hot. I plan on modding it for better ventilation cooling
