That is why I always give my job's address, the warehouse is open 10h everyday so there is no problem with it, the only problem are my colleagues who might think I´ve got a problem receiving packages every 2-3 weeks at least haha.
Ordered some Nanjg 105c drivers on November 7th received them today on the 23rd. Very fast delivery time 16 days, slightly more expensive than KD. I won't be wasting my time ordering these from KD anymore.
Finally made my first order. After many emails with Hank about different products etc.
He was the most responsive seller I ever contacted with. Fast, and honest.
Did have enough patience to answer all my questions, and didnt give some nasty links that some other sellers do to find out your answer by yourself (which in most cases are not on the website they link to anyhow)
I haven't purchased from them yet but I have been taking careful note of feedback from BLF'ers because I can see myself purchasing from them in the future. The OP reflects exactly what my impressions are.
Prices might not be on a budget compared to DX or KD, but the lights are of better quality, and still not the price that you pay in other counties. So in that sense they are budget.
Plus this company stands behind their products, every single one. They are still pretty new, and are adding new stuff weekly! So the variety will only increase. But I hope it doesnt get too big, with damaging their QC and CS.
Just keep watch on their website, they are improving weekly/daily!
Just thought I would share my recent experience with intl-outdoor.
I purchased an EZAA clone, and it was delivered quite quickly in about 2.5 weeks.
The light arived like most peoples, quite dirty threads, but well packed and functional.
When I turned mine on, I discovered a loud, high pitched squeal whenever it was put into high mode.
I have experienced a slight squeal from drivers before, but nothing this loud.
I emailed Hank, and he replied very quickly, asking me to try it with different batteries, clean the threads etc.
I did all this, but no difference.
After asking other members in the EZAA clone thread and learning that no one else had this issue, I asked hank what the next step was in fixing this situation. He replied quite abruptly that it would have to be returned to him, then he would send a replacement. He did not give a return address.
I replied, saying that shipping costs for me could be as much as the light itself, and he replied with
"Put the flashlight in a bubbled envelope, it should cost about $2 send it back to China." Still not address given.
I asked him for the address, and said I would get a postage quote in the morning and get back to him.
So far I am not really happy with the way this has been handled. Although the light is still functional, the squeal makes in almost unusable.

Why wait and stay in doubt about shipping costs. Look on your national post website for shipping costs, in your case Australia Post.
It looks like a very simple and nice website.
Here you go:
$1.65 shipping to China. :)
Ordered twice from them now and third order coming up. Received both orders well packed within 2 weeks to the Netherlands. Hank also replies quickly by e-mail. I guess I would order from them anytime without hesitating if they keep this up.
