Just ordered a Shadow TC6 Neutral today. They seem to be professional up to now. I hope they really are and the light comes without problems.

I have ordered 3 items and 2 have arrived. All has been good except.....

The XinTD C8 light measures 2.4A at the tailcap. The Ad claims 2.8A

By comparison, my KD C8 measures 3.3A and my TF X9 measures 2.8A using the same XTAR 2600 battery.

Updated the first post. Look OK?

Finally made my first order. After many emails with Hank about different products etc.

He was the most responsive seller I ever contacted with. Fast, and honest.
Did have enough patience to answer all my questions, and didnt give some nasty links that some other sellers do to find out your answer by yourself (which in most cases are not on the website they link to anyhow)

thumbs up!!!!

I haven't purchased from them yet but I have been taking careful note of feedback from BLF'ers because I can see myself purchasing from them in the future. The OP reflects exactly what my impressions are.

Update looks good. I have a second order in route I will update when it arrives.

They Updated their site,
now possible to search lights based on battery type!!!

Good grief that was fast! Well done, intl-outdoors.

First post updated.

That has to do with their "point 5 of BLF pros".
Very responsive to emails!!

I ordered 3 panasonic 3100's, my first order with Hank.

Waiting to receive them.

Never heard about this site, where it from? China?

Cons: The price is not on budget, lack of variety...

Prices might not be on a budget compared to DX or KD, but the lights are of better quality, and still not the price that you pay in other counties. So in that sense they are budget.
Plus this company stands behind their products, every single one. They are still pretty new, and are adding new stuff weekly! So the variety will only increase. But I hope it doesnt get too big, with damaging their QC and CS.
Just keep watch on their website, they are improving weekly/daily!

Then "con" every shop possible, since you rate only by mood.

Your introduction thread : "Hi all ,this is robertlover ,new to the forum ,enjoy the time here"

BTW: Are you from China? Your English is certainly broken like you'd be from China.

Just thought I would share my recent experience with intl-outdoor.

I purchased an EZAA clone, and it was delivered quite quickly in about 2.5 weeks.

The light arived like most peoples, quite dirty threads, but well packed and functional.

When I turned mine on, I discovered a loud, high pitched squeal whenever it was put into high mode.

I have experienced a slight squeal from drivers before, but nothing this loud.

I emailed Hank, and he replied very quickly, asking me to try it with different batteries, clean the threads etc.

I did all this, but no difference.

After asking other members in the EZAA clone thread and learning that no one else had this issue, I asked hank what the next step was in fixing this situation. He replied quite abruptly that it would have to be returned to him, then he would send a replacement. He did not give a return address.

I replied, saying that shipping costs for me could be as much as the light itself, and he replied with

"Put the flashlight in a bubbled envelope, it should cost about $2 send it back to China." Still not address given.

I asked him for the address, and said I would get a postage quote in the morning and get back to him.

So far I am not really happy with the way this has been handled. Although the light is still functional, the squeal makes in almost unusable.

Why wait and stay in doubt about shipping costs. Look on your national post website for shipping costs, in your case Australia Post.
It looks like a very simple and nice website.
Here you go:
$1.65 shipping to China. :)

I'm not holding my breath. Ordered stuff and it's coming up to Paypal claim time... I'm pretty much giving it up as lost.

Don't wanna do a claim but have to protect myself.

Rich

Ordered twice from them now and third order coming up. Received both orders well packed within 2 weeks to the Netherlands. Hank also replies quickly by e-mail. I guess I would order from them anytime without hesitating if they keep this up.

Not much to say, I ordered a Crelant 7G5 and it arrived in about 25 days (typical China Post). No problems whatsoever, I will order from them again as they have some very interesting items for the right prices. As for 7G5, I love it

I've had 2 orders, no issues. I like the layout of their site, lots of good (and honest) specs & great pictures. If I had one beef with the site layout, it's the fact that you can only view 5 lights per page. I would like to see that expanded to offer options of 10, 20, all, etc.

It's one of my favorite sites to just look at, and 5 torches on my wishlist would probably come from here.

I have nothing but high praise for Hank. I bought a Crelant 7G5 from him and I was told here by some that should know that own them that mine may not be up to par with the ones they have. I emailed Hank and ask to send it back for another one and showed him the thread here. He said no problem. Now that is service. I just ordered a Shadow T6 from Hank. He said he will doublecheck it to make sure all is good. Now I like that. 5 stars from me.
