I think they want more folks to register on their side. I already have more pig lights than I'll ever need (that is: I have 3 pig lights, that's 3 more than I need) so I will pass.
Don't know if there's a catch in it, but if you ever wanted a piggy light and couldn't bring up the $ 0.78 or just need 3 AG3 batteries in about 4 weeks it may be worth a try (at your own risk)
