My personal favorite aaa clicky is the Trustfire F23. I have 2 or 3 of these and I bought them at DX but it looks like they don't stock these anymore. Just google it and you'll find a ton. The other aaa clickies I have are all twisties. Good luck.
I don't have any "end all, be all" specific recommendations as AAA lights are not really my thing. In fact I only have two; a Sunwayman R01A and a Romisen RC-27 II Q5. The Sunwayman is a mere 10L, but you may like the Romisen as it has two modes (H & L), about 130L (if it's the Shiningbeam version; save 6% with code "BLFuser"), and is a clickie, and a thrower (well, sort of. it is a zoomable).
The only thing you might not dig is that it is a 2xAAA.

I’ve got the answer for you. AAA lights are my thing. The best 1AAA I have ever owned is the one I just got in the mail today. It is the Pelican 1910. I have been carrying and using the Pelican 1920 everyday at work for the past few months and it has been the best pen light i ever owned. The 1910 is just a single AAA version of it. It has good throw and great output for a single AAA. It also has a clip which the Trustfire F23 lacks. I owned the F23 and it stopped working after 10 mins of use. It is heavy and too smooth.
Lifetime warrenty from a respected company and it only cost me $17. You simply can’t do any better.
