Thrunite t30 $ 34.95! Xml light, normally $60

I just bought a Thrunite t30 for $34.95. Normally they go for $60ish. Great light. Has a high med and a firefly which is very very dim. From here, Illumination Supply.

Nice catch, if that has a genuine Thrunite drop-in, just the drop-in is worth the $34.

what's better about their drop-ins?

even if they're not much better, looks nice for the price

It doesn’t have a drop in. Mine is on the way BTW.

Great price, thanks for posting.

Great price and nice looking light! Thanks for posting!

Then why would the listing say it has a firefly low, and also list lumens and runtimes? It’s a complete light with a drop-in, which I assume is a Thrunite as well as the host.

Here is the same light on Amazon

Thrunites are not “budget” dropins, they are usually priced somewhere between “budget” and “Nailbender” drop-ins. Just do a Google search for them.

I have the 9v drop in and the tint is an ugly replusive green, wasted money for sure I have budget drop-ins that kick its arse.

I usually by the Ultrafire style lights. I am a Thrunite fan now. The quality difference is huge. The firefly mode is perfect. I can read at night without waking the wife. Really happy with it.

It is a complete flashlight with a screw in pill that isn't a standard dropin in any means, AFAIK. it is the same light as X Power Wildfire BTW, which was already reviewed here, and was loved although its >$50 price.

Tempting tempting....

I bought a Thrunite 3-mode dropin several weeks ago, it lasted 2 minutes before dying.

I have several Nailbender dropins with zero failures.

I have the regular Thrunite XM-L with low medium high up to 9v and like it because it's clean and as far as I read very reliable. Still prefer the WolfEyes XM-L dropin though because it offers strobe. (have both)

Paid 30 bucks 3 months ago alone for the Thrunite dropin...

I hope someone has this and can say for sure if it is screw in or drop in, because if its a screw in I want to jump on this before the price changes.

I thought it looked very familiar. Had to pull the trigger on this one at that price - ordered.

The T30 is the nicest looking tactical style 18650 light to this day, imo. It's beautifully crafted, aside from the ubiquitous, rectangular cutout for etching/printing. I can't speak for the electronics as I don't own one, or any ThruNite products for that matter, but I'm in love with the design. If I was currently in the market for such a light I'd probably have to seriously consider it, although it doesn't appear to be available anymore.

got mine yesterday. very nice light, plus box, lanyard, clip, extra switch, o-rings and holster.

this baby's getting mounted on my persuader

Mine is sitting at the post office by work, came in Saturday. I'll get it tomorrow and I can't wait.

the knurling is exquisite

pretty cheap I got 2 hehe

now what's a compatible extender tube for this? i wanna run 2x 18650
