It also doesn't work with UK postcodes. And offers no cities or towns in my country.
Shipping seems to be only by UPS, i.e., not cheap. I was looking at the Yezl F22 clone with an R5 in it for $25. But $24.5 for UPS shipping means it is well above the import duty limit and UPS will hit me for another large clearance charge of more than the cost of the light. If they shipped by other means I'd be a lot more interested as they have many interesting lights I've not seen elsewhere.
Interesting, I think their system is trying to be too smart and it is only offering expensive shipping to a major country. Pick some obscure country and I suspect it will only offer cheap airmail.
Their automatic address system is severely bugged and I would not use it. You could send them an mail and ask what the shipping would be. When I ordered I sent them my order and asked for a paypal invoice instead of using that automated system. They replied very quickly and shipping was $6.50 for a ~200g (though the invoice says 265g) registered package to Sweden.
For me work fine just the system do no allow the proper postal code, letters and numbers, just numbers, anyway only number work because is the old form, the new is more precise for the postal workers or even for automated scanned selection.
Got my first XM-L light today (03-12-10) from cnqualitygoods :D . Ordered it 15-11-10. Taking into account that there was both X-mas and New Year during this period I think shipping was very fast.
They are not reliable though with the product specs but only copying the manufacturer's information at least in case of the Yezl lights.
to get a 10% discount .....just put a note in the message box saying you're a Blf member and maybe your blf name and mention the 10% discount ..
This guy seems like a pretty decent guy he is interested in the business But isn't 100% fluent and doesn't eat sleep and live flashlights .. i think the buisness evolved from keychain stuff .
What he is right now is ...listening and trying to figure out what people really want to pay for ..and he has an IN I suppose with shenzen flashlight manufactuers ..at least a couple of plants ..or so it appears to me .He's smart enough to not get cornered by the flashgeek a holic who wants to prove he's a flaming genius ,So he's dodged a few bullets on cpf when people were hanging the dinosaur out to dry .Like most dealers they either don't know or don't care about real spec.s.
What he's smart enough to do is start carrying or / making warm tint lights and no flash stuff .. For that alone he gets a 1000% rating in my book ..but lets see the lights from early december first .. reports are so far good from cpf members who have recieved their lights ..We'll know in a couple weeks .
Well....I got sucked into going through all their flashlight pages...Thanks guys! I kinda like what I saw though. I've never really looked at N-Light or Yezl but this and this really caught my eye. Also, found a Yezl 50w HID for $112.50 (after discount). Looks like one hell of a thrower...
It's been a month on the cpf lights discounted lights he offered up in early december ...problem with those lights is they were all basiclly special order lights and almost everyone shifted to neutral tints when he mentioned it might be possible .
Lots of people have ordered stuff off his site and recieved it very quickly .I think it's a crap shoot . depends if he has it avaiable or if it has to be made .
I told him I'd wait for the three mode lights since he'd run out of them and didn't want a 2 mode ..I think it held up my entire order ..
Now ...Me and the dog wait for the mailman ..albeit for different reasons
