[ Plz Help ] High Power 860Lumens 5-Mode Cree XML T6 LED Torch Flashlights

Few months ago, i bought a High Power 860Lumens 5-Mode Cree XML T6 LED Torch Flashlights at Dino Direct.

But now the light isn’t “exploding” anymore. The light from the torch is quite yellow and no more bright. Is the problem with the bulb?

Please help. Thankz….

Could you take and post some pictures of the “guts” of the light ? It would be helpful to see the emitter and the circuit board of the driver.
My guess is that the led overheated and cooked itself or the driver board has a problem.
Try contacting the merchant to see if they will help you out as well.

Sounds right.

How long did you run it on high? Contact Dino ASAP.

My problem is that i’m from Brazil…. And it’s about 30 days of shippin n handling…. So i preffer to buy a new bulb or a new flashlite…

Yeah, try and start a claim and get a new one, and although I haven’t seen this happen personally yet, they say not to run any cheapo brand light on high for too long.

Perhaps this thread should be moved to more appropriate forum section in order to have more views and more members would notice it?

Sounds like it might not have been properly seated to the heatsink. Or the heatsink was inadequate. Like Jaygnar said though, it could also be something wrong with the board.
